Lots of interesting items, just hard to find anything specific, unless you stumble upon it. Really hard if you're looking for a specific size! They are not well organized and the racks are so packed that its difficult to browse at all. Not a lot of selection for larger sizes either. But still a fun little store of you're into the hot topics.

I often visit the store, at least once a week. I find the stock is kinda dwindling...with regards to interesting stock. I used to purchase everytime I went in ($50-$75 average)...now it's in and out within 10 minutes. The staff changes often, and newest manager is hot and cold...he's not always pleasant with us. Sometimes dealing with him, you feel like you are entering highschool, with how he glares at us at times. The funny thing is he knows me as a regular but still can be so unfriendly. Other staff members are very friendly and accommodating to us. We only go in the store when we are looking for specific collectible items now. One more thing I want to add...when you give this store constructive feedback on their instagram page, their idea of customer service is to block me from instagram. Like I said...its managed like you're in highschool.

I like shopping at Hot Topic in CF Masonville Place. The only thing that this Hot Topic needs to improve is to stock more of their newer inventories. They need to stock more newer t-shirts and have new stuff coming daily. I recommend this Hot Topic at CF Masonville Place. Friendly staffs and good service to provide their customers.

I can't use hand sanitizer. I've been turned away from stores before because of this, very frustrating. This location was able to give me gloves. They also handled the line great. Would've been nice not to be questioned about my sensitivity at all... but I get it, covid.... For a small store they have great selection. Not my style but my sister loved the store.

I love that this store is finally in London. They always have a great selection of Anime,Toki Doki and Harry Potter items. The store usually hands out coupons or Hot Topic cash plus there is always some kind of deal going on in store as well and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Only downside is that the store is so small for the large amount inventory they have,its hard to shop in there especially at Christmas time.

It's breathtaking for the fandom of docent shows, bands et all. Though a tad bit expensive and why not.... You have The Supernatural tees, jackets, charms, bracelets, keepsakes and more. The Harry Potter series, the rock bands, the Grinch stuff and oh so much more. Good for fans and for buying gifts for fans.

Great selection of products. Due to the nature of the store new things are coming in all the time which means the older stuff gets pushed out pretty quickly. If you like something you don't really have a lot of time to think about getting it. When i was there, the staff wasn't too helpful.

Store is fine, the two girls working were really rude and unhelpful though. One was a smaller girl with what looked like blue or purple shoulder length hair, the other was tall with short hair and a grey beanie on. I asked for help and received none, and really felt like I was just an annoyance to them. Probably won't go back to this location if I see these two working, and I ended up not finding what I was looking for.

Extremely rude staff. There was no staff at the exit when I was about to leave. I had to move the table which was blocking the entrance/exit. When i touched the table, one of the staff yelled at me for touching it.I didn’t see the notice on the table to not to touch it. but there was no need to yell at a customer for that reason in front of other customers. They could have placed a staff over there for help or greet the customers who are coming in or leaving.

I was unbelievably happy when hot topic came to London considering the closest one I had been to was in Port Huron. The staff have always been friendly to me and willing to check stock when they don't have my size on the sales floor. Stock rotates fairly frequently and caters to the pop culture crowd. My main gripe is that the store is quite tiny and it's a huge pain to navigate around shelves and other customers. The clearance racks at the back are a bit of a joke; they take up space, are still unreasonably expensive, and host generally unwanted merch. Don't misunderstand me, I'll definitely be back.

this store is super cool!! i found a speedwagon shirt (jojo's bizarre adventure) and it seemed very nice, however they should add more designs for jojo. there were two other shirts i purchased and they were just as wonderful. i bought some giorno giovanna earrings and they were gorgeous! i totally recommend this place if you are a jojo fan like me. by the way the staff is nice and friendly. i will totally come back for more.

Hot Topic is one of the best places to shop merchandise. From pins to apparel, they have almost everything you would need to add to your collection. They have a huge collection of t-shirts. There were good deals during my visits. They also had a variety of Funko's stacked up. I got a nice Supernatural pin from this store. Highly recommended for fans.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I also have a medical exemption for not wearing a mask, however, I was wearing one and had it sitting right at my nose. The employee refused to let me enter until my mask went right up over my nose. This an obvious violation of the human rights act of Ontario. Your employee was also very rude and seemed like she was on a power trip. I will never be going back and I will encourage others to do the same.
