I found my perfect dress in 10 minutes. The employees were kind, non judgmental, and super helpful. They took good precautions against Covid-19, such as storing dresses for 48h and steaming them before putting them back on the floor.

I have to admit before our appointment I was feeling pretty frustrated- we'd been to several stores trying to find bridesmaid dresses for my bridesmaids who range in size from 8 to 28 and at each store the smaller size girls had no problem trying on dresses, but the ones who wore larger than a size 16 were barely able to try anything on in their sizes and the ones they were given all looked like something a grand mother would wear! It's crazy that a simple thing like having a good selection of samples for customers to try on should be so difficult to find! We were all really pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Bridalane, Jeff was really accommodating and quite funny and they had several different styles ALL the bridesmaids could try on! My bridesmaids were all able to choose a style they felt beautiful in. Fantastic experience, it's really too bad more stores don't offer the service and selection that Bridalane does, thank you Jeff!!

What an absolute JOY this place was to visit! Jeff and Lisa were very friendly, laid back, no pressure sales and exceptionally accomodating. More so, they truly know their field. They were able to identify solutions to my concerns almost instantly. The support was very genuine. As a plus sized bride, I visited some mainstreet stores after making my purchase here (mostly for fun) and was treated abysmally there. Here however, they were playful, kind and encouraging. They felt like old friends assisting in a big choice. I found my dress almost instantly, and I sincerely can't wait to return to get it. I highly recommend this shop. Keep up the excellent work!

I had a really great experience here. When we went in we weaved through a few corridors and it seemed a little unusual but in the end we were led to a room full of beautiful samples. The gentleman was fabulous and apologized that there were no women working today so someone would need to help me get the dresses on. My maid of honour helped. They were super accommodating for my budget and refused to let me leave with a dress I was unsure of. My bridal party was impressed with how caring and interested the worked was. He made some lovely choices and everything looked good. He was also super accommodating about putting on cap sleeves and panels. Although I did not find my dress (it was real close) I highly recommend them.

Unbelievably disappointing. I've been looking for a specific dress and called them to see if they had it. I first spoke to Jeff who was an absolute pleasure to speak to and then called again a few weeks later and spoke to Lisa. She couldn't be any nicer either and said that she had several similar options for me so I immediately booked an appointment. I advised her that I'd be bringing my 8 month old baby along with me and that I may need more than an hour. She assured me that they were very flexible there and that it wouldn't be a problem if the appointment took more than an hour. When I arrived 10 minutes late because I couldn't find any parking..I was barely greeted by Lisa who seemed quite upset. I was immediately told that she had another appointment at 3pm and that we'd have to hurry up. As soon as we entered the fitting room..she immediately said that she had nothing that resembled what I was looking for. Not only was she telling me the opposite of what she had told me over the phone...but to top it off..she had the worst attitude and was acting like she had a better place to be. I told her that I had travelled a long way to be there, had been looking forward to my appointment and just wanted to leave at this point. My bridesmaid convinced me to stay and so I did. Her attitude slightly improved towards the end of the appointment.. however it was truly the worst customer service I had ever experienced. I was so disappointed and I do NOT recommend going here if you're looking for a good experience dress shopping. I can't express how disappointing this appointment was for me. To top it all off..she lied about having a 3pm appointment and didn't offer me a private room (we saw one as we were leaving) when I asked where I could feed my baby. There was absolutely nobody else there and she could have easily helped me out. Instead she told me to go down to the lobby where I could find benches..and of course there weren't any!! I strongly recommend to STAY AWAY!! Wedding dress shopping should be a wonderful experience and every bride deserves that!

I had purchased an Alfred Angelo wedding gown and two months before my wedding was left without a dress when the company suddenly closed. The bridal store I purchased it from contacted Bridalane and they were able to provide me with a similar wedding gown in time for my wedding. Nice to know some companies still put customer service first!

Such a great experience at Bridalane shopping for my wedding dress. The selection is AMAZING and you can see right way the quality of the dresses is really, really good. I loved that you can choose different colours for your dress and they didn't pressure me during my appointment, it really came down to two dresses that I really loved and they encouraged me to keep trying them both on so I could be 100% sure in my decision. Every bride should go to Bridalane!

Did nit buy my dress because the quality was lacking a bit. But it is a great place to respect your budget! I liked a $600 dress (A line; it was my second option). Check their website to see their dresses. The attention was very nice and personnel was not pushy at all! Definitely a place to visit if you are looking for your wedding dress.
