Awful and rude experience. The sales lady who I believe might have been the owner kept discouraging my cousin from trying on dresses because the sizes were too big. We told her we were simply looking for the style and color, and she continued telling us that she shouldn’t be trying on dresses. She said we wouldn’t like anything because of the size, but in reality the dresses were not nice. They wouldn’t let us take the dresses out of the packing because it was their job, yet nobody helped us. Never going back and definitely not going to recommend!

Seul petit hic : On ne peut pas commander une taille en particulier. Les seules tailles disponibles sont celles sur le plancher. Le magasin reçoit de nouvelles robes à chaque semaine par contre. After reading the reviews, I was expecting awful service, but they were very nice and helpful. The only reason I'm giving this store a 3 star review, is because they don't allow the customers (mostly young girls going to prom) to take pictures. This is 2022 and your customers are shopping for GOWNS- probably dresses they will only wear once in their lives. My daughter couldn't even see how the back of the dress looked, because they only have fwd facing mirror. We decided not to buy at this store simply because my daughter couldn't film herself wearing the dress.
