Worse customer service, the representatives are chatting somewhere together while the tore is upside down and full of customers!! The store manager told them why they are three at the same place but they still continue talking together and not paying attention to the customers around.

Yesterday I visited the store, where I politely declined 4 times! any help but yet 3 of the employees were following me around . They made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcome while "trying to help". They were very judgmental and they limited my freedom of choice where I couldn't walk around the store quietly and also I heard them talking behind my back. In addition when I went to pay for my items the cashier with no respect went to ask " who helped me "while I clearly didn't need any help and I said that nobody help me . I won't be coming back and that I do not recommend this store location.

Checked online for a product range, said this store had it. Drive an hour here in traffic only to find not a single item if the range here. Sales associate suggested we ask the manager in case it was part of the new shipment (even though it's old item and already on sale online). Manager comes over and asks for a photo of the item so she can check. I already had it on my phone open and in the 1.5 sec it took for me to place my phone on the counter, the manager simply walks away to help another associate. So extremely rude. I was so angry I returned the two pairs of suit pants I had bought. The manager didn't direct the sales associate to look into it further and the sales associate didn't bother to offer to check either. I just walked out. Montreal generally has extremely rude customer service with most associates doing the bare minimum. I guess I hey follow the top down examples shown to them. I expected a bit more courtesy from BR, especially from the BR manager but maybe I shouldn't have.
