I pre-ordered the Bloodsport Collection. When I was putting my order in, I thought that maybe I was overpaying a bit on the shirts and hoodie as I can probably get an 80's/90's theme shirt cheaper somewhere else. However, we went through with the order and I am glad we did! We got our products before the Collection dropped on the website, we got 2 different limited edition stickers (they had only promised 1) and a Fun Dip!! Also the quality of the shirts and hoodie is superb. Soft and luxurious feel to the touch. The graphics in the prints are such good quality that you can see all the details. Needless to say, we will buy again from them.

Well it's safe to say I've been obsessed with Retrokid over the past couple of months since learning of their existence, and I'm extremely happy with my purchases so far. To be able to show off the childhood memories I hold so dearly in my heart, and share fond moments of reminiscence with family, friends, and passers-by who know what's good (lol) is really something special. These experiences made us into who we are today, and are a common bond between us 80s (and 90s) kids. Let's remember what made us smile back then, and more importantly, keep each other smiling. The apparel has been soft, comfortable, and the quality, fit and designs are great. At this point I'm just looking forward to more (I see you on the horizon Reading Rainbow!!!). Retrokid seems to truly understand the importance of staying young at heart, as well as being proudly Canadian, and that's why they have my support. Oh, and they gave me Fun Dip, how dope is that?! :)

I've ordered twice from Retrokid and both times they have sold high quality clothing that is true to size. There hasn't been a delay in shipping, the images on the t-shirts are as advertised, plus you get some retro candy in the package. My only caution is that you will need to be prepared for strangers to stop and ask "Where did you get that shirt?"

It was about 3 years ago I first discovered the Retro Kid collections through a fan group for the hilarious house of frightenstien. I was hooked! Diving deeper I discovered so many memories and an overall good vibe that comes from nostalgia. The sweaters and hoodies are the most comfortable in my growing collection sweat shirts and track suits and one or two of everything Retro Kid produces. Fantastic clothing company leveraging nostalgia to produce some fun, well-designed products that reference great pop-culture moments in our pasts. Some of their secret drops are spectacular hyper-local Toronto-based culture moments that trigger memories I haven't thought about in a lifetime! I had a problem with the construction of one of their shirts right out of the shipping bag (the neck stitching was unraveling and the collar was separating from the shirt) and I had a replacement, no questions asked, by the end of the same week. Spectacular customer service on top of a fun, attractive product. I'll be a fan for a very, very long time!

I absolutely love everything about RetroKid. I wish that I'd found them sooner so that I could have got in on some of the earlier releases. You can tell they grew up watching and loving the same things we all did as kids in Ontario and Canada. I snapped up merch from their Inspector Gadget, TVO, CBC, Raccoons and Mr Dressup lines - and all of the shirts are very well made and the prints are beautiful. Lovely colouring and high quality prints. Prints I've never seen anywhere else. They're great with customer communication and open about every stage of the production and shipping process. Their Instagram is an absolute blast, too... and they're very interactive on it. I love getting thwir update emails and get excited every time, wondering what they're going to do next. If you're not sure about ordering from them.. don't. I would 110% recommend them. Great guys don't great things.

I wanted to share my experience ordering from Retrokid, and also review the T-shirt itself. For context, I purchased a T-shirt from their Bloodsport Motion Picture collection. The order process was relatively simple, and easy. I placed my order on a Thursday night and I received my order on a Monday - talk about fast! In terms of the shirt itself, I think it's excellent! The quality of the shirt is great. It isn't thick, and it isn't thin where it'll feel like it'll rip after wearing it a couple of times - you can really tell the shirt is made from high-quality material. I also really love the image used for the shirt - it's primarily the reason why I purchased the shirt. The image is also of high-quality/high-res, and so is the print. The image used for the design is also amazing (JCVD jump kicking Bolo Yeung)! The shirt also has a small red "RK" tag at the bottom of the shirt to signify it's from Retrokid - awesome touch. My only 'grumble' about the shirt is the torso (length) of the shirt is a little to long for my liking - I purchased a 'medium'. For a tall person, or someone with a longer torso, you'd be fine. But it's not overly long, and I will accommodate. Continue to produce amazing collections from my childhood, and I will continue to buy!

I ordered a sweatshirt and a couple Tshirts from a pre-order, and it arrived pretty well exactly when they said it would. The screen prints look to be of high quality, and the fabrics are soft.
