Prices are reasonable, good amount of merch for every day items like clothing and movies. Selection does not change as much as I'd like, but if you need something you can find it here. The monthly auction often has something very interesting.

Friendly service on the counter. Selection of quality used goods is hit and miss because this shop relies on donations. Prices are good.

I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment in Pembroke, ON, it’s staff are very friendly and accommodating, items are priced to sell, the point system adds up quickly to give you an additional rebate for the next time you attend. I would recommend this store to anyone, sure it’s not nearly as large as “VV”.....who cares it’s for a good cause and they run the shop well.

I brought a van full of donations about a month or a little more ago. I wasn't happy when the lady clerk there asked if she could pick through my stuff and only take the stuff she liked. My van was full of like new clothing that was newly dry-cleaned and everything else was all very good condition. That made me upset. My next load the following week went to Value Village

I used to like this store. I will not return again however, since the last time I went I was greatly insulted by the owner. I picked up a jacket that was randomly placed with the pants. I looked for a pricetag and couldn't find one. I walked over to the counter to ask what the price was. The owner angrily rolled her eyes and suggested that I ripped the tag off , trying to steal it or get a better price. She stormed to the back room and put a $20 tag on it. When she came back, she started putting it back on the rack saying it's $20... As if I can't afford it? I wasn't going to pay more than $10 for a used jacket that was in rough shape, but suggesting I was up to no good, and couldnt afford it, is insulting. And this is supposed to be a religious thrift shop? Wow.
