Today I ordered balloons to pick up after work, I was racing to get to the store but there was an accident on the highway and the GPS showed I wouldnt make it before closing. I called to ask what time I could come in the morning disappointed that It wouldnt be a surprise when my daughter wakes up for her birthday tomorrow. The amazing lady on the phone offered for me to come anyway and if shes still there I can pick it up! Thank you so much for your incredible customer service today!! I just put the balloons out for her to see in the morning and it just made me so happy that you went above and beyond tonight! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Best customer service in store. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Also best value for balloons. The balloons did not disappoint and looked awesome. They lasted longer then the dollar store balloons that deflate after 2-3 hours. The helium that this store uses lasted us 3 days! They have a variety of party supplies that where priced better then the dollar store and they carry every colour. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and will be using them again for the next occasion!!

Someone recommended me this store to buy facial shields that you can wear and breath. I bought it online fir picking up in the store next day. I was very surprised to find such a great variety of items one can use even during all these gathering restrictions. Silvia , the owner was very helpful and made my shopping experience delightful. This is my go to party store, I MUCH prefer supporting this local business opposed to the other expensive chain stores. You walk in and are greeted right away by the amazing staff. They make sure you get exactly what your looking for and in a very prompt matter. I call this store "MY party store"

Silvia was amazing!!!! (Aren't all Silvias - lol). She was able to accomodate my last minute request for gift baskets. She had them done in a couple of days. Everyone loves them and the items she hand picked for each one.

First time I did an order for balloons over the phone and had them delivered. The service I received was great and delivery was on time. I find their balloons last a little longer than most places. Will definitely keep ordering from them.

Super friendly staff. Decent selection of party decorations and balloons. Even some costumes. I had purchased a couple of clear masks and was finally able to pick them up. So glad to be able to support a local business!

Just called to place an order for balloons. Very hostile phone manners, extremely poor customer service. Treated me very sarcastically and did not make me feel like a wanted client. Most likely due to overworked employees as the woman I spoke with sounded exhausted and no room for margin when it came to special requests. Should be more clear on website that delivery is dependent on availability. Not impressed.

Silvia was wonderful to deal with. She truly helped complete the vision for my son's 1st birthday party. The balloon's looked great and she surprised us by adding our son's name to some of the balloon's. She was also very accommodating/helpful at times when I was confused about the things I wanted for the birthday party. I would recommend Party On to everyone :)
