I'm short and small but these guys made me feel big and tall. Seriously, the customer service is excellent and the in-house tailor is the BEST in Langley. He's always hemmed my pants right on the spot, which I really appreciate. Overall, the entire experience has always been great.

Great Service!!. I needed a coat 2XLT . Sold out online. The one I bought online was too big, Ash gave me a full hassle free refund. He went online for me and found the size I wanted in another province. He had it shipped to the store and put it aside for me. He called me to let me know. It took me over a week to get back to the store and he had it waiting for me. Above and beyond ! Great price also. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks!

As a big guy, I do not normally enjoy shopping for clothes. Mainly because it can be hard to find clothes that fit. But, they had a ...wide (pun intended) selection of fashionable clothes for the large man. Manager Alan and his staff Alex & Ivan were incredibly helpful and a lot of fun to deal with. I will definitely be back.

This is the only place I can buy shirts that actually fit...Being 6'4 250lbs...It's difficult to find stuff that fits well...and if you do theres usually not much of a selection. George Richard's has a huge selection. The lady at the front desk was friendly, warm and not overly pushy..If you're a big guy-go there

I had a shippinlg error and customer service has been amazing helping us receive Wour order. George Richards is my husbands go to place for clothing. It's great we can find in-style and popular brand clothing that fits his 6'6 frame. They are not the cheapest. Mind you, you get what you pay for (there clothes ate quality). I always try to shop sales and we are signed up to receive emails about new product and sales. Which I totally recommend.
