I had a very disappointing shopping experience at the Langley store this afternoon. I walked into the store and had to wait several minutes for the clerk to come out into the front of the store to talk to me. I call him a clerk and not a sales person because he was certainly not interested in sales. The Web site says they rent and sell men's formal wear. Perfect, since I wanted to buy a tuxedo. When I told the clerk that I was hoping to accomplish that, he was stunned. Buy a tuxedo? Buy? Not rent? We don't have many for sale. It's early in the year. We don't have many sizes. I asked if he might have one in my size. "No." Might one of the other stores have one in my size? "Maybe." Can you find out? "No." How can I find out if they might have my size and be willing to make a thousand dollar sale? "You could go to the store or call them." I thanked him for his help, apologized for taking up his valuable time and disturbing his web browsing and left.

The suit was of very poor quality despite costing a very high price ($180 for the rental). There was no place around the waist to accommodate a belt so your shirt keeps falling out despite being fitted. For the price that they charge, it would be great to have something that actually works. The shirt hanging out of the suit has people questioning your credibility when you're wearing it and it is over-priced. I rented this for an important wedding and was really disappointed.

Good service. I like the fact that they cant rent you a suite last minute and still get it to you on time. Kind of hard to find but of you approach it from 200th you should spot it.

Friendly staff, knows what they are talking about. I got a jacket that I was not happy about the fit and they last minute placed an order to make sure I got a jacket that fit the way I want. Would recommend for anyone looking to get a suit rental who has little knowledge on suits and how they fit.

Although, I did not purchase or rent the suit I would like to commend this sales representative for his professionalism and superlative skills. Very speedy information and efficient services. They lost my suit measurements from May 27 of this year for a wedding in August. They insinuated that I actually didn't come in. Thankfully, I kept my receipt and my measurements so had proof I went in. Wouldn't return or recommend.
