Bike rentals and mini golf included in resort fee. Was impressed with the attention taken to follow COVID restrictions, and the professionalism of all the staff. Felt safe and cared for throughout our stay. Will definitely be back.

The rooms was nice and clean. When we requested additional coffee and towels housekeeping was very quick to bring it over. The front desk was really helpful with info about the parking and moraine lake at sunrise. A bit of a wait for both the restaurants but there's not that many options in Lake Louise.

I can't believe I'm spending this much for a very small, outdated, modestly clean room. I saw the words "lodge" and "inn" but it's more of a drive up motel. Really, I'm wondering if they gave us the wrong room? Not young family friendly (none of the rooms connect) so we had to do some juggling. The wait for the 2 restaurants was about 30mins each (about, there was no one available to answer our questions while we waited in line, eventually we just left). Also the train comes by every 20mins or so and shakes the building. Won't be coming again if I can help it. Staff seemed helpful. Update: Pool was great, 3 hot tubs and the pool was warm. Breakfast was very good but pricey. Staff was very helpful so I've updated this to 3 stars.
