I had a very good experience shopping at Inspirations Dancewear. During the quarantine, I wanted to support Canadian small businesses for any of my shopping needs, so when I found that dancing barefoot on hardwood floor in my home was a little tough on my feet I went in search of a solution. After settling on BlochSox through research, I found Inspirations and was very impressed with their online selection and the availability of the product I wanted. I placed my order, and almost immediately received an e-mail from Kyle introducing himself and giving me a timeline for how the process worked and when to expect my order. When I receive my order, which was 11 days after purchase including weekends, so VERY fast considering the delays with shipping during the quarantine, I was very pleasantly surprised to find a handwritten note from Kyle with my order. All of these experiences with just one order has really reinforced my commitment to support small Canadian businesses and made me feel that Kyle and Inspirations Dancewear truly care about their customers. I will be ordering from them again for my future dance needs!

Inspirations has always been my go to store for all my daughter's dance needs. The staff there are always friendly, engaging, and very helpful. I never feel that they're going to try to sell me a product I don't want/need, and are knowledgeable about their products. When they do have sales, they are worth it, so make sure if you're a dance parent to sign up for the VIP Program. It's worth it, especially right before competition season. It's one of my daughter's favourite stores, so much so that when she gets gift cards for her birthday, she's really excited. Prices are somewhat reasonable, but I know that I'm getting what I pay for.

LOVE this store and their staff! They always have the best selection of dance shoes and dance attire in stock. If you can't make it into the store to shop, they have an amazing website with really fast shipping. It's also easy to get to and has lots of free parking. I would highly recommend Inspirations for everything a dancer needs!

As an SBAD Dance Dad of a 9 year old venturing into competitive dance , I was thankful that I came across Inspirations Dancewear. They had a great selection of items and had the costume bags that we were looking for in multiple colors. Perfect for competition season and made it easier to change in and out since everything is organized. The quality of the clear costume bags are top notch and have reinforcements in all the right places to prevent zipper tear or hanger rips. And shipping was super fast! Next up the Rack N Roll. Even though they are located just outside of the GTA their online store makes it a great option. Don't overlook this gem!

We had purchased a pair of ladies 8AA ballroom dance shoes a couple of years ago and were happy with them. But =- last week, when we visited the store for another new pair we were advised that the store no longer carries the fancier style of ballroom dance shoes for adults, nor can they get AA-AAA sizes. Very disappointed to have made the 220 KM round trip from Clinton to Kitchener only to be told that we wasted our time and gas. I guess we'll take our business back to C&W in Scarborough, where we always get superior service. Sorry if I stepped on your toes, but there is no other way to sebnd the review, I have to click on a star, and since we are not happy, what else coukld I do. Sorry.

I danced for about 20 years a looooong time ago and dabbled here and there as and adult. Recently signed up for adult tap classes, and although my old shoes still fit, they're no longer good for adult feet and all the problems that come with them. The sales person I had at Inspirations was really helpful, patient, and helped me make sure I had the right fit. Can't wait for class later this week!

I had my student come here after a horrible pointe shoe fitting at local supply wear store (near our home town) leaving my student very discouraged. We came to inspirations and had a completely different experience. (Well worth the drive out of our town) We must have tried on 7 or 8 different pairs. Our shoe expert was amazing and took the time to teach us all about how different shoes fit. And after we came out all confident that we had finally found the perfect fitting shoe.
