Great selection, I’m a young professional and I found several dresses in my size for a special event I attended. There were quite a few styles that seemed older-ish, but there is so much, you can find what you need. For the quality, the pricing is reasonable, though on the higher end (being consignment and not a ‘goodwill’). Would recommend digging around to find that special piece.

This store is truly amazing! The clothes, jewelry, shoes, and bags (and everything else) are always beautiful and unique, and very reasonably priced. What makes this store even more amazing is the owner Janet, and the rest of the team; everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, and make it an experience every time you go. They are all very fashionable and can help you put together an incredibly versatile wardrobe. I would definitely recommend this store. I almost never leave empty handed when I go :)

It was clean and nicely organized. Prices seem decent. They had some sort of scented oil diffuser type thing, though, which permeated the entire space. Nice if you like scent; bad if you're allergic...

I went in with some items for consignment (3 or 4) and was made to wait for 20 minutes while 2 employees folded clothing before they would even look at what I brought. After that they said they would only take 1 piece (which is fine they can pick whatever clothing they want for their store) but then when asked if I already had an account and I said no they didn't want to go through the process of making an account for "just one" thing. I'll never go back, horrible customer service.

I really used to like this store, it's around the corner from where I live. I went in last week to look for a Christmas party dress. No one greeted me when I came in, no one approached me while I was looking, tried on a few dresses with no help and I left without the two ladies at the counter even looking at me. I don't like being bombarded with the latest deals at clothing stores as soon as a walk in the door, but at least acknowledge I've entered your store. Simple "hello" would suffice. I find the prices have dramatically gone up. There are a lot of similar items the exact same price but dramatically different quality. The selection of clothing used to be really good and every visit I always ended up purchasing something. Last few visits I've walked out empty handed and bummed. Very disappointing. I used to really like this place. Check it out for yourself, but with those prices you're pretty much better off buying new.

Amazing experience! So many beautiful pieces from boutiques in the area. I tried on so much and found so many trandformable staples that I could wear year round, that I didn't even have time to check the sale section. These ladies know how to pair things you love with what will fit your body. Paula knows her stuff. These women also won't let you leave with something that doesn't suit you. Drop in for a good time and a spruced up wardrobe.

This is my favourite consignment shop. The clothes are in great shape and the staff is helpful. It's more expensive than the big second-hand clothing chains, but still reasonable. I spent about $100 and got two complete outfits plus an extra top. They also sell some beautiful dresses and shoes. I've never bought any of the handbags, but mostly because I already have too many. They are always very tempting. All in all, a fun shopping experience.

We travel to Southern Ontario from about 10 hrs away a couple times per year. My definite first place to shop is Carousel. In fact I don't even bother going to the malls anymore. The staff and owner are absolutely amazing. Very polite and Kind and helpful. Willing to help you choose outfits or just let you look on your own. You can find gently used clothing in great shape or new designer wear at unbelievable prices. The comments I have received on clothing bought at Carousel are numerous. Everyone wondering where I have found such unique pieces. In fact I even sent friends visiting from Nova Scotia in and they had a fantastic experience. I have read a couple of negative reviews on the webpage and can't imagine why, it's quite obvious from all the positive reviews that some people just can't be pleased no matter what. Keep it up Carousel, you're a fantastic little gem and can't wait to be back!

Awesome place for clothes, new owner, and a younger sales rep that knows how younger people want to dress but also appreciates a classic look. Great prices and selection as they only accept higher quality items so you wont be dealing with Walmart clothing lines, and most of it is in new or like new condition. Definitely will be back each season for a new look at a great price. Especially end of season when they have their sales - amazing deals!
