Huge shout out to pinewood park motors in Kirkland lake!! My moms new car had a battery issue not only was the staff fast and efficient they were also pleasant and ready to help immediately! Vehicle was picked up and fixed within an hour. The ford road side assistant line was also very friendly and compassionate and had everything set up with in minutes! And no waiting on hold for hours!!! That’s worth 1000 Stars!! Her vehicle was diagnosed, fixed and ready to be picked up quickly! And right before a long weekend! You guys rock! Thank you so much! Went in to get photos taken for my warranty work and buddy didn't give me the time of day. Told me to come back when it was sunny for photos. Clearly it doesn't matter when my warranty is up.
