Friendly service, the clothing is good enough but a bit over-priced. I bought a dress shirt and vest for $60 and the vest had a stain above one of the buttons.

This store is a gem - a lot of good (but slightly dated) clothing. Also sells uniforms for various professions, tuxedos, suits, and during the autumn months - Halloween costumes. Good prices and helpful staff. No complaints!

Called into the store about costumes, as Halloween is coming up. The sales clerk was incredibly rude, and then told me I was being rude. Phase 2 has been one of my favorite places to buy vintage clothing and costumes over the last 10 years, I was disheartened to be treated so unkindly.

If ur in calinary management or any uniforms that u need from St Lawrence college you get it here don't waste time get it a couple weeks early before you school starts cuz it took me 2 weeks for them to put the name on it other people will have to wait and you don't want that its very old inside not busy usually staff are super nice to me they will treat you well and find what you need just ask.

Store managers gave special priviledges to some employees over others. They were also not honest with their vacation policy. They created a culture of fear and mistrust. Overall it was not a good place to work.

Great second hand type shop. Often has a large selection of clothing and they stock up during events like christmas, halloween, Queens Homecoming and St Patricks day etc. so that anyone looking for something themed, they will have a selection. They have a bunch of University wear from Queen's too

I was there 2 weeks ago. The staff was SUPER friendly and fun and laughing which makes a great environment. But half the store is full of Queens clothing. And the rest was mostly dated clothes. Very small sizes as well. Some of the items weren't cheap either. Some tops were Walmart/giant Tiger prices. (10-28$)
