Very disappointed in this store. Brought my stepson to get a fidget spinner and he asked the worker specifically for a gold one. The worker said that they were sold out. Next thing you know they bring out 2 gold ones and gave them to these other customers in front of us, 2 minutes right after my stepson asked. The cashier and supervisor said that they were fixing them in the back and just brought them out. So not only did the worker not mention it to us that they had them and were fixing it, but didn't even have the courtesy to let us know they were brought out. Terrible customer service.

It will have everything you want, but they will also charge you huge for it. I find this place very pricey. If you can, check out the dollar store first, then over to this place. Otherwise, you will be paying big bucks.

Very rude ladies working the balloon counter. I went there to get my balloons filled up and they acted as if it was a chore. I asked what the extra charge was on my receipt, and the manager rolled her eyes and slammed what she was doing on to the counter and said I can refund it for you if necessary. I have never felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed at a store and it took over 20 minutes to get 10 balloons filled up.

Tad disorganized and recently found out the store does not recycle! Can no longer support a store with such blatant disrespect for our earth. I've witnessed staff throw away heaps of cardboard that could easily have been recycled. Very disappointed .

These guys definitely have the largest selection of party stuff for every party occasion. It is pricey for sure, but I guess you're paying for the convenience of a one stop party shop. They didn't have what I was looking for this time, though what my girls wanted was not the latest cartoon fad! Obvs they can't carry everything, but the selection is huge. Lots of fun stuff.

Every time I've been to this place, they have been super rude. The staff expects you to know everything and are not helpful at all. I went there to get balloons for my bday and I never want to go back there; the balloons deflated and lost its helium in less than a day and when I called them to ask if they could possibly re-inflate them (I was willing to pay) , the lady over the phone basically said that it was my fault it deflated and that she would not re-inflate it again for me. Worst customer service experience I have had in my life. The lady who takes orders for the balloons should be fired.

My son and I arrived at 17:45, and he picked his favour balloons at 17:50. I asked one staff if we could get ballon fill here, and I just needed to fill two of them. The staff told us she would help us in a minute. After She came back, the old lady working the balloon counter told us NO more balloons fill today, even I just want two. Then she quickly grabbed the mic and announced the store is going to close. Nice Job! What can I say? How friendly you are!

Best place in Winnipeg to visit for all things party. When I got married I hired their chair backs and table covers from there. For Chanukah I got decorations.. For Christmas excellent decor. Easter, Halloween, Valentine's day,.. You name it Part Stuff has it.. Definitely a one stop shop for any theme you have.

I enjoy coming here for party favors, much of which I can find a better selection and price for than anywhere else. Surprised that they don't take returns on swords. Needed only a couple for our school drama and I bought too many, but they pleasantly explained why.

For a place that's designated for "party stuff" they are always out of stock on certain items.. Every year (sometimes more than once a year) I go in there (now just for a laugh or on a bet they won't have it in stock) for items and not there. Then they direct you to their other store in St James (which you will have to call and check) and they won't have it either. I do not claim to be an expert on the runnings of a store but if certain items are so popular you might want to have a lot of the product in stock... Just a thought.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND getting the rose gold number balloons. I ordered 25 and it looked like the 5 was an upside 2.. one of the balloons deflated the next day. Appreciated the fact that the manager refunded me for it, and reflated it. Also, now noticing the the other balloon is starting to deflate as well, if it wasn’t for that I would have rated it a one star.

It's hard to rate this place and not come across negative.. but pretty much everything in this store is cheap, poorly made, ill fitting junk. Another issue is you're not allowed to try on the accessories that go along with some costumes, well, most of the costumes rely on the accessories as the focus point of the costume... 80 bucks for a Spiderman suit that fits like this is ridiculous.. 5'10 to 6'2" it says.. "second skin".. lol Anyway.. #firstworldproblems I'd just like something with a TINY bit of quality..

I ordered balloon arrangement on Friday morning and they are still floating, 3 days after! The staff is amazing! The ladies at the balloon counter were both cheerful and helpful. Great customer service. I am definitely coming back and get all my party needs here. Oh, I forgot to mention they carry costumes and accessories all year round! Awesome!
