Good store, lots of selection for baby and kids clothes at cheap prices. We usually go when they have a grab bag event and end up getting a whole years worth of clothes for under 30 dollars. Especially good when you buy an outfit and your kid grows out of it the next wash then you arnt as worried that you spent only a dollar or so on it haha.

Great place to buy used clothing however if your trying to sell don’t waste your time. I had a box of clean, unstained, some brand new with tags summer girls clothes. Brand was Carter’s and Old Navy. They rejected them. I was shocked!!! There were cute little rompers and shorts in PERFECT condition among other things. I guess I’ll sell them on Facebook marketplace, i’s probably get more money for them on their anyways!

This store is FULL of everything baby and toddler. I would give it 5 stars but it could be a little more organized. The staff seemed very helpful and the prices are exceptional. This is a second hand store, so all items are previously owned, but I seen a lot of things in the original package. Highly recommended

Found what we needed okay, and the girl at the cash was so nice. That wasn't the issue. The staff behind the counter sorting clothes, however, were so mean. They would be talking to a customer on the phone very condescendingly and then when the call ended all of them would be laughing and making fun of them. In front of other customers. Based on reading other reviews this sort of attitude is pretty common here.

We frequent this place as you can get like new children's clothing at a much reduced price! Very organized to reduce the amount of time you spend looking for the items you need. This place makes it worth the trip from out of the city as it has saved us hundreds of dollars. Clothing is clean and tons of variety and sizes. If you are a parent this is a must stop location! I went there to sell my baby trend expedition premiere jogging stroller. And they review my item. An associate said she can offer me $30. And I was like $30!! That was such an insult. So this guy with blue hair shows me on the computer how he came up with that number. And he wasn’t even looking at the right stroller. He was showing me a different expedition with a big clearance price on it. And I mentioned that if I was manager I would be upset because my associate is not looking up the right item. The guy says he was the manager and that shocked me. And I told him he shouldn’t lowballing customers like that and he did not know how to react that. My advice is don’t take your nice strollers or expensive items there because I’m sure this manager has done this many times (but I can only assume)

I love this store. 4 stars because it is sooooo crowded. Get a few people in there with strollers (which most people in there will have) and no one can move. Aisles aren't much wider than a wide stroller. But so worth it for the beautiful inventory. They only take things in excellent condition. They carry endless clothing but also tons of baby gear, strollers and toys.

Decent selection of clothes and toys but a lot of the clothes are worn and outdated. Excellent place to get good used toys and shoes though. Section of the store with the strollers and playpens is a hazard as you can’t easily navigate through. I was constantly having to step over items and that is not something you should have to do in a store.

Would benefit from a larger facility . Quality of the items is usually pretty good and price is usually pretty reasonable. Only complaint is how little they give you for the items you bring in and shopability of the racks. Team members at this location are very nice and helpful.

This place is like a little death. Overcrowded, with shelves and racks so full they’re impossible to navigate, pricing that’s skirting with sanity, and heaps of junk just everywhere. Totally recommend marketplace as an alternative- or just donate to a local thrift store that supports a good cause - and doesn’t incite panic attacks due to claustrophobia. Do yourself a favour, give it a miss.

Went in with Neat, Organized, FOLDED, and Separated by size and what they were. Came out with TORN boxes, and clothing that had bin mixed and chucked in. Pajamas no longer matched, boys girls and different sizes just mixed. WOULD have taken 0 effort to keep them at least separated by size as they were all in different boxes. Waste of my time now I have to refold and separate. Lady told me that due to supply and demand they didn't need certain sizes: THEN WHY DID THEY TOUCH THOSE BOXES CLEARLY LABELED BY SIZE? I will not be back, and will not recommend to any moms, friends or family.

They no longer do curbside pickup and their online store site is down. When I called, the lady was abrupt and clearly annoyed, with an air of "how dare you have the audacity to call about our business". In visiting the physical store itself, the lady outside was very personable (hence 2 stars), however, the cashier lady, whom I suspect was the person on the phone, was rude when I checked out my items. This was my first experience with the store and it wasn't all that great.

When a shop has a sign on the door asking customers to behave themselves, one should expect problems. What I did not expect was the rude sales staff, overpriced tat, and dangerously crowded aisles. Save yourself some stress and go to a thrift store/dumpster dive/roll your child in mud and call it clothing - anything is better than visiting this horrid, horrid little place.

I had an amazing experience shopping at this location. I had no trouble finding some amazing gems for my 13 month daughter. Everything was very reasonably priced. The lady at the register was so kind and personable too. I love the idea of being able to buy second hand, and this is one of my favorite places to go! I did have one small hiccup (no fault to anyone), but the manager was very accommodating and helpful and we were able to rectify the situation. Would highly recommend going here!

I am not at all impressed with the store. It has too much low quality children's wear and they are asking for way too much what it's worth! This is used stuff. Some of the goods the same price for what you would buy at the store brand new on sale!! What's more, their sales and promotions really suck! After going to other consignment stores, I would have to give this one a big fail. They really need to improve.

Last time I was in the 6 staff behind the counter were quite busy talking taxes and payroll instead of serving a customer (me) at their till area. Which for the record was tricky to get to since staff #7 had decided to leave her mop bucket in the way and go do something else. Had my hands full so couldn't exactly move it. Their staff should be a little more conscientious and courteous of the people they are there to assist. Regardless of the other tasks at hand. I do appreciate the deals I find there.

Better off selling stuff on market place, brought a 400$ stroller in brand new condition, a jolly jumper and a sit me up that coat $50 and all they offered me was $70 for everything, and yet the lady told me they give 30-50% back for every item they buy. I can't believe that you guys are saying that now but when I kept on asking what was the reason you guys just said "it was old", and now you're saying it was broken? Whoa! you know what I don't have to explain myself. But just to make things clear I wouldn't sell something broken and especially if it's something for baby. That's pathetic! I'm pretty sure you guys just don't like it so you didn't check it very well. Oh well I don't mind. Thanks for being unreasonable ! By the way, I know the quote is no obligation. But I think it's better if you guys give an estimate price so that we know and we can decide if we would like to proceed and wait. You know what I mean, so we don't have to wait for nothing because either you guys don't want it or you guys will take it for very cheap price. Also The frozen chair that looks really new, she said she'll pay me 90 cents only. Can you believe that? Wow! That was a completely joke! ???? who would drive all the way here just to get 90 cents? I don't recommend them if you want to sell items might as well do it in marketplace. I waited and this is only I can get. Are you guys serious?? They will just ripp you off so don't sell your items here. Oh! And everytime they post a photos of their items in their facebook they look so happy. But when you see them in person they look very unhappy and not smiling at all. I followed them on facebook because I always buy items from them. But I never thought selling items there is not really good. ????
