I was shocked by how unorganized this store was. Young lady behind the counter refused to help me. She was on her phone. I'm thinking they are on the verge of shutting down. In the past this was the place to shop.

Hey guys, purchased a set of non prescription theatrical contact lenses for a good price from you today. Optical stores wouldn't sell me the same thing without an appointment for an 85.00 eye exam. BIG savings, thanks! Wore them all day without a problem.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had boughten a pair of contact lenses, and while trying to put it in very carefully it had ripped. I have very short nails and dont know how I could've ripped it. When I went to ask about the return policy an older lady was extremely rude to me. She seemed very irritated and was absolutely no help at all. I will never be giving any service to Gags ever again.

I bought this horse mask. I was allowed to wear it before buying it. When I get home I phone this other place and find it has the one I wanted. So I return to Gags Unlimited to return it but apparently theres no returns. I can exchange it but not return it. Bullshit. This store cares about the money and not its customers.

I wanted to exchange some face paint that gave me a super bad reaction, but now seeing the receipt I wont even bother, at no point during the check out did they tell me there is a no refund policy for all items.

I called Spirit Halloween to see if they had any specialty contact lenses in stock for Halloween. The girl was kind and said that although they were sold out, that Gags Unlimited had lots. I called Gags Unlimited to ask if they had vampire contact lenses and was told "Yes we have tons. We just got a huge shipment today!" Great.... So I head to Gags Unlimited only to be told that they have none. When I asked why I was told they had them, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said he had no idea. An alternative lens was suggested so I bought them. When I got to the cash register I was asked to sign a waiver which I did. I then asked the salesperson if there were instructions inside the box, to which he replied, "Well you have to buy solution. I'm not an optometrist". I wouldn't expect an optometrist to be working at Gags Unlimited but I do expect better customer service. Instead of being a sarcastic jerk, treat your customers with some respect. We had excellent service. I called from Edmonton to have a same day delivery of a balloon bouquet to be delivered to someone in the hospital Winnipeg and Lola was wonderful to deal with. She was very helpful and effecient and she emailed me a picture of the finished bouquet. We really appreciate this good service.

I would never shop here again. The staff were making fun of native accent and when I showed displeasure by frowning one of them threatened me with violence if I didn't like it. I work very hard for my money and I will never pay a scoundrel for the displeasure of being terrorized.

Terrible customer service. No refund policy, even if unopened merchandise. The owner insists that this is clearly indicated, yet her staff weren't even aware of this. I wouldn't shop here again, especially given how rude she was
