Visited a wonderful event for their grand opening , and my 2 year old loved the meet Elmo event. The staff was very knowledgeable, and we loved the variety of items that we purchased, as they were clean and in great condition. Happy to have another local store to support in the Okanagan. The prices were very good especially for the quality. Definitely Worth a look :)

Absolutely wonderful customer service. The staff are exceptional. Thank you to all. I've been in town all week for a work trip and have had to go in a few times, and each time I was warmly greeted, assisted and accommodating. I must add, that due to medical skin conditions I cannot wear masks and I was treated equally, never harassed and felt safe. Truly, thank you ???????? ???? ????

Great place! I shop and sell here a lot! Good selection, good sales, usually good service. They also carry a few quality toys, sleep sacks and other baby items. Cons: they won't buy/sell a number of useful items such as cloth diapers, socks, slippers, blankets, maternity clothes, etc. Also, they sometimes refuse items for odd reasons (i.e. several times I bought clothing from OUAC and they didn't get worn or were only worn a couple of times and they refused to buy again even though they were still in perfect condition). Other than that I love this store! Used to shop at the locations in the lower mainland so was delighted when they opened here in Kelowna!

I have bought countless items (shoes, jeans, shirts) that were literally NEVER worn by my daughter. I went to sell them back and they were denied for various excuses. This has happened to me a number of times now and I’m not impressed. Why buy it in the first place in the EXACT same condition I am selling it back in and it’s rejected?? It makes no sense. I will no longer support this store.

A lot of the stuff on their shelves were sun bleached or worn. Not a great selection for boys. We brought up 4 boxes of items had to wait almost 3 hours and came back to find they only wanted one box. Claiming items worn or stained when my items looked better than the stuff on their shelves. Having to travel from Penticton to drop items off, wait 2 plus hours, and go home with basically everything we brought didn't make me very happy. The staff seemed kind snobby, not really friendly. They seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves then letting us know about any specials or deals. I'm not even sure if me and my family will ever return to this store. I definitely will be sharing my experience with the mom's in Penticton and stop recommending this store to friends and family.

Found some nice stuff for my son. I was a little disappointed in what they rejected when I brought stuff in to sell. Some of the clothing was almost brand new. There were items in worse condition on the racks than the stuff I had. Not sure if I'll bring my items in again to sell. Spent 3 hours washing and drying everything and less than half was acceptable.

We used to love this store but as of late they are becoming unbelievably picky about what they’ll buy off you and they never have a decent selection in the sizes I need like they did when they first opened unfortunately they are no longer my first stop when it comes to buying kids clothes.Now after going in there and coming out with all but two items I brought in to sell and these items were in good condition I will rarely if ever come back. I will not support a buisness who clearly doesn’t care about mine.

Very friendly, but they can't give you what you want as they can only sell the product for 50-75% of the regular price. ie if you take something in that is $60 you only get $10. Not worth it

I love shopping here for my daughter's clothes. I go a couple times a year and load up on new sizes. They carry everything from newborn to children's sizes. They sell good quality, gently used items. Honestly some of the stuff I've bought hasn't even been worn before (new with tags!). Don't miss the 10 for $10 wall of onesies at the back!
