I was there a few weeks ago with my friend and partner, looking for a new vibe. The one guy was helping me see which toys were stronger from evolved (I have a preference for strength) and when I ended up going to charge the toy that night, I realized the charger was not there! I don’t have a car so it’s hard for me to just go there, and I tried calling and leaving a message and haven’t received anything back. It sucks because I was given a “free” 6 month in store warranty, which I was charged on my receipt, and I don’t think it’s fair for me to use that warranty just because the clerk didn’t put it back in the box. I was just hoping to get the charger if it was still laying around, but I’m kind of annoyed at this point

I called in to place a order and I got to speak to this amazing employee, her name was Bianca (I love her attitude) she was so energetic and positive that I couldn’t forget her name!! lol. she took my order over the phone was super funny and efficient while doing it. She also recommended alternatives for the outfits she didn’t have (that I bought of course) ????. Even with a small description of myself she was able to pick out a outfit for me that looks amazing on my body!! She will be seeing me more often!

The girl working today was so rude. I ended walking out and not even buying anything. When looking at lingerie the person working had said to me that I needed to be on the other side because what I was looking at over there was plus size automatically assuming what I was purchasing. When I explained that some of the items in that section would fit me due to my sizing, she rudely said "well I'd hate to say I told you so if something doesn't fit" Both myself and my wife were just appalled at being spoke to that way. It's hard enough for some people to walk into stores of this nature without having a rude employee make you feel as if you don't know what you want or are looking for. Someone a little more mature would be better suited here. I will not be returning to this store and after my online purchase is delivered I am not sure I will be ordering from them again given the many other Canadian companies selling the same products.

She made me feel so comfortable and offered me some great advise with no judgement and she really listened to what I needed and made some great suggestions. I’ve made at least 20 separate purchases at this location over 6 or 7 years this review is about 1 of them. When a male patron requested a item of a specific size and is recommended something labeled and voiced to him 20% smaller and it’s used and by him and is undoubtedly to small in the end and can’t return the item that’s a brown note (i think that much this is 3 years ago) he’s upset because he didn’t ask for that one in the first place this location can get 4 stars… their cool and good otherwise

I checked the reviews and I kept seeing her name pop up but now I see why. She put together an entire outfit for both me and my partner and even went down to the tiniest details about the measurement sizes which made me feel twice as confident. Ended up spending over $300 but it was all worth it because of Bianca. EVERYONE please pay this girl a visit she's such a sweetheart and you will NEVER be disappointed. If a company has a final sale policy it really needs to sell quality products, and not have sales people make false statements like "I told you the product would hurt" when you complain even though no mention of that was made before.. Besides If someone had told me the product would hurt there is no way I would buy it. I can barely handle the needle when bood is taken. You obviously don't do a good enough job vetting your products and training your staff. $118 down the drain by misfortune of shopping here.
