A quaint little thrift store. There are some great deals at times and prices are very reasonable. Lots of parking on street or beside building in town lot.

Thomas “Pip” Milne

Their stock is based on donations. Little donations little stock.

Jason Lyte

Employees for the most are good and friendly. Cloths are “not washed “ before being hung for sale so who knows. At least wash the cloths before putting them for sale! When u see little stock on the floor it’s because it’s in the back waiting for room.

Kyra Boyd

Sort of pricy for used clothing. You could go to Vicky's Values and get a lot more for cheaper. Their food bank isn't amazing, but works for families in need.

They're always there to help you out

Very small store compared to most thrift stores. Extremely limited men's clothing selection. Nice collection of glass and kitchenware, as well as sewing and knitting supplies. In the end, though, you can't blame the store much for its shortcomings, as it is located in a very small town.

The thrift store has some wonderful items and clothing. It should be noted that the monies raised, stays in our community. They operate a food bank year round, emergency funding for clothing and food, and give out hundreds of food hampers at Christmas for singles, and families. Your money is put to good use, and reaches those in need right here in Lindsay and area. Thank you to the Salvation Army for all you do.

As someone who has to live month to month, with disabilities, on disability, I've had to use the Salvation Army in it's entirety. Unlike every other food bank in Lindsay and surrounding areas, the Salvation Army doesn't use the Food Source(a place that replenishes food at smaller food banks), so they stand in stores getting donations, go and ask for food donations, etc.. Everyone that works there are volunteers, Janet who does the food bank, is amazing, and all staff will help if asked. I have only kind words for the Salvation Army store and staff. I'm thankful for all their help and kindness, especially that Janet has shown me since she started. Thank you guys.

Clean, causious and sanitary.Friendly staff. But finding prices at not only this location but all S/A getting a little steep. Can find some merchandise new at Dollar Stores or Giant Tiger at close to comparible prices.Still addicted to the yard sales or flee market type shopping for the real deals.Be glad when this pandemic has run its course and the auctions open again.Love deals!
