We asked them take it away... They did and though we left store ..so they again put it back same place those expired candy... All these candy may harmful for kids.. Be careful!

I placed a Curbside order for my twins birthday. The order included 2 balloon arrangements. When I picked up the other items I shared the details for my balloon order and when I needed them for. I called 2 days before and no one could find my balloons or details. I described the balloons that I had paid for and left there as well as the details for pick up again and was told I would get a call back as they were busy. No one called me back that day. I called once again the following day and the employee had no idea what I was talking about. So I had to share all the details yet again. I got a call back shortly after saying they had found my order and details and that it would be ready for the following day, as requested. When I showed up I had to wait quite a while so I asked the employee what was going on with my order as I saw other cars come and go with their orders and was told they were once again looking for my balloon order. I explained my frustration and the employee and described my balloon order AGAIN and the employee replied saying she knew where it was. She walked towards my car with my balloons where I then had to stop her and remind her that I had paid for 2 balloon bags ... as she went back to the store... my 2 balloon arrangements were all tangled. I then had to wait for 2 employees to untangle my balloons and then place them in the bags. So I spent 2 days contacting them and repeating my balloon order for them to find and spent 30 minutes waiting for my balloon order at Curbside pickup... I wonder what would have happened if I didn’t call to make sure they had my order... talk about FRUSTRATION!

Waited over 30 minutes and called them over 15 times to let them know I’m here for curbside pick up (placed my order online and received a ready email). 7 customers standing outside in the cold trying to call and wait for them as well. Employees are clearly slacking and taking advantage of the lockdown situation and that no one is in the store and regulating them.

you might not find staff very knowledgeable about their inventory. If you ask something they might ask you to check in some particular aisle with their best guest work. I had to buy matchbox/lighter along with the candles and balloons. I was told to check in "additional item" aisle. when I told them that I did not see it there, they said if it is not there then we don't keep it. come on you need to know if you keep a lighter in the store or not.

I like the selection in the store, but the staff need to gain some customer service skills. I wondered around the Halloween section today a d couldn't find a sales person, I waited at the till for over 5 mins before I was asked if I was waiting to pay... When I told the girl I wanted to get a costume for my daughter I got an eye roll, like it was such an inconvenience for her to do her job, when she did bring the costume out of the back she just threw it on the table and walked away. ( I understand not handing it directly to me, and maintaining social distancing, but I don't think that customers need to be treated like that.) The girl at the till was friendly, seemed like might have been an new employee.

Lots and lots of party supplies for children and adults. Prices are fair, of course there are items that might be more expensive than other places (ex: solid color plates and utensils) but the convenience of finding all in one place can make up for that but you can always get your main party flavour here and get the rest of your items at a dollar store per say. Employees are very helpful -in my own personal experience - and they assist me in finding the items I’m looking for. We come here every year to get our birthday supplies.

The experience I had there was waiting 30 minutes to help get a costume called down from the back. Despite being ahead of everyone, the associate kept putting everyone else ahead of me. She kept asking "Who's next?" And when I would say me she'd turn to someone who just came up to her. I was just about frustrated about to leave until the manager in the back came out and got 3 people's costumes including mine. This was going to be a negative review but the manager in the back changed my mind as I saw him deal with a non mask wearing customer in a professional manner and also helping other customers that wanted their costumes that has been waiting for a long time.

I purchased a balloon bouquet. I picked them up in store. Although it looked like it was just thrown together last second, I was on my way to the party and they had 1 person working so I took them. I was given the balloons without a bag for easy carry out. After trying to wrangle them into my car, 2 balloons popped. The very next day the had significantly deflated. Very disappointed. We will not return.

This place is great! The gentleman who filled the balloons for my girlfriends birthday party was very helpful, he had great suggestions and knew the product well. Both him and the cashier were friendly and helpful when it came to setting up a pickup for the balloon order. Thank you Se-Wing and Mel! Unfortunately, one of the big number balloons exploded before the party. It busted on the seam for some reason. I know I've ordered these number balloons in the past and they've never popped. When I brought it back to the store they refunded me and explained that once in awhile the manufacturer be faulty. Makes sense. Even when I got the refund the staff was pleasant and sympathetic. I'll be back for sure. Thank you party city!

Fancy dresses, ribbons, balloons, stuffed toys, glittery flowers, masks, scented oils, candles, greeting cards, gift boxes whatever you need there is a reliable place in your neighbourhood called “Party City” where you can find them all under one roof! Always better in quality than any dollar store.

Beware of buying helium tanks from this store! They might sell u an empty one and the absolutely horrible manager might make it seem like its ur fault. I went there on Friday to buy a helium tank among other things for my one year olds birthday. Took a day off from work to prep etc. Next day we get ready to make the ballon bouquet and wat do u know, tank is empty! I call the store and the manager tells me in a condescending voice that that has never happened before like I somehow decided to stop in the middle of my day to call him and complain about something that never happened!! He said the best he can do is give me store credit smh and not without my receipt which I had lost cuz I was not planning on returning anything. Had me combing through my garbage Sunday to try and find the receipt to no avail. So now I'm out $40 + tax for nothing. Suffice it to say I'm never going back there. The dollar stores have the same stuff anyway ! U just have to find a good one. And superstore has helium tanks. I made do without the helium so I wouldn't be buying that again.

Well prepared at Halloween with a good system. Service at front counter not always friendly with older staff. Needed help with balloon and making an order. I got a finger pointing to the area of balloons available and told prices are on the banner. I would have appreciated help on making an arrangement. I've heard the same from other moms going there for balloons. I recently went and the younger staff were much more helpful.

With her help and the help of the staff working the balloon counter, my friend was fully surprised and her little girl thoroughly enjoyed her giant Big Bird.

Worst experience ever...bad customer service and rude manager...thanks to the manager for spoiling my wife's birthday as I waited in the line for 45min for my turn and then when I got my turn and I asked the cashier that I need a ballon bouquet and then she told me that I have to choose the balloon right away only then i can pay and by the time i choosed mine ballons she took some other customer and started making her balloon bouquet and then they told me I have to wait 30 more min for the order and when I asked her why I have to wait 30min more as the person behind me got her things done and left. So when the cashier can't answer me my question she called her manager and manager told me dosen't matter what you have to wait 30min as she gave priority to the lineup.. however, I was in the line too for 45min. And at the end the manager super rudely told me that if I want my order I have to wait or else I can find some other store. How can you even say this to someone. I work as manager too but I'm pretty sure I would never say such thing to my customers. As with customers everybody got paid so please respect them even tho you're tired or exosited its you're job and you gotta do it.

The candies I needed for the candy bar were limited, (that’s why 4 stars) the pandemic played a major role in that, but all the containers I needed to put the candy bar together was ordered ahead and were ready when they said they would be. Saved a lot of time ordering and picking the packages up. All in all, great services, great for saving time, but the shelves were a bit empty.

They have a very large selection/assortment of colored accessories for any party occasion. This time of year they have a lot of the store dedicated to Halloween costumes and decorations. There is also a very large selection of candy. This is a great addition to the plaza.

I should give it a 3star rating as when I asked a young man to help me get somthing of a high shelf, he just looked at me and said that it was not his department and walked away. My 5 star rating is about a you man in the meat department whom I asked if he could get me any help (I had already walked through the store 2x to find someone available) and this young gentlemen didn't hesitate he just ask where to go and he helped me. The location is as good as any its just a little frustrating that the party supplies are basically the same for all childrens age groups. At 7 my daughter and her friends enjoy different toys then they did at 3 or 4. For us this means that we will have to find a new source for party bags and entertainment.

Ordered balloons for my fiance's 30th birthday, when ordered they charged us for 6 latex balloons instead of 4...no big deal..arrive to pick them up and the girl pops our big balloon, we had no choice but to upgrade as they didn't have the balloon they popped. We were charged 6$ more. If your employee pops the balloon on accident and the same balloon is no longer in stock, customers shouldn't be charged the difference.

Good selection. Prices are a bit high. Coming here during the week is ok. There’s always a line up at cash. But weekends! Forget it! I order my balloons for occasions here because they have the lowest price. But the balloons are never ready at the time we ask for. They only start blowing up balloons when we arrive. This severely throws us off schedule! Come earlier than you need the balloons!

My biggest pet peeve with Party City is alot of the merchandise is hanging from heights a 5'10" cannot even reach. It was easy to get things down but to put them back when you decide its not something you want resulted in me just laying it on the shelf cause I coulden't reach the Peg. I was only able to find 1 staff member working in the whole store which I thought was funny because there are 6 or 7 cash registers up front coulden't ever see them needing those. Check out was quick and I got what I needed so overall satisfied.
