I used to love to go to this store. I always shop a lot from here. The employees they used to have were nice but I don’t know why they hired a Karen there who is very rude every single time. Even for no reason, she will behave rudely! Extremely horrible customer service. They just want you to go away. Ruined my day!

The worst customer service ever, every time I have been here. This store looks like it's going out of business all the time. It's super messy and unorganized. Not to mention the staff telling you no refunds or returns AFTER they hand you a receipt. I felt duped after I finished purchasing school clothes for my daughter, not knowing until after my transaction that if she didnt like them or they didnt, fit too bad I was screwed and stuck with them. What a horrible policy and way to treat customers. I refuse to shop here again.

We love shopping at this store. The lady there helped us find the right sized jeans for my granddaughter. They had a great sale on and tons of really nice clothes. This is our number one clothing store choice in town.

Good sales and all but not the best customer service. I was trying to not give a review, but had to make an account to do so this time. Every time I travel to visit the store I come out of the store with bad experience only been served well a couple times by the mid tanned very tall nice hair employee as she makes an effort to help bring down items and be nice. Rest it seems others are just hired to ruin everyones day or mingle with each other. I prefer going to Bluenotes now or having a bit longer drive and travelling to UB in kelowna

If I could give this store and the customer service provided lower than 1-Star, I would. Firstly, I would just like to say that if the receipt or Stitches website does not indicate that an item cannot be exchanged more than once, then it should not be an issue. The so-called "manager" of the store claims that she trained her staff well enough to tell customers about this policy, yet it seems like her training is ineffective. Not only was this manager unhelpful, but she was also rude. The manner in which she dealt with the situation was also nothing short of discourteous. It's not like I expected a refund, I just wanted to exchange an item of clothing for another; there was nothing that should have denied me this exchange. It was not final sale, it had a receipt provided, it was not an "on-special" item and neither was it a "70-80% off" item. I am truly disgusted and appalled at this level of customer service. Either train your managers better or find people better-suited to the job.

Went to Stitches on April 28,2019 with my granddaughter. I found it very dirty and messy. There is stuff that someone spilled on floor and dust on the floor. You look up and the pipes are caked with dust! The sales staff don't greet you or offer to help you.

The store manager was very helpful in helping my girlfriend and I find everything we were looking for and giving her honest opinion to help us select the best clothing for our weekend away, moreover she was very friendly and helped with entertaining our kids while we shopped. I would say the mall definitely needs more employees like this young lady. Thank you once again, will definitely come back to shop here more often

Absolutely applaud by the staff and management in this store. Will never shop here again. While my daughter and friend were in rooms trying on clothing, an employee unlocked and open the doors upon request of another shopper claiming to have left stuff in the change room. Giving her the opportunity to grab the shorts off the floor taking the money out of my daughters friend shorts pocket. Resulting in the theft of $135 . Had she actually left stuff in change room they could have waited for the girls to come out. At the very least knock on the door. To open a door while anyone is trying on clothing is a extreme violation of privacy. Taking this issue as high up the chain as I can.

I went to Kamloops stitches last week to do some returns/exchange...and one of the girls told me straight up that they can’t do returns/exchange today without explaining to me why ummm the receipt that I have doesn’t say that I can’t do returns/exchange on this particular date as long as it’s within the 14 days anyway another girl butt in and said they can do it for me, so I said okay I’ll just do exchange with other items that I may like but not the same particular dress so they said okay go look around and everything was settled. Not all customers live within Kamloops, And I only go to Kamloops once or every 2 weeks, so if you wanted the returns within 14 days and I show before then don’t freakin tell me Oh! You can’t do returns today! BS! Anyway the store is not welcoming nor the staff. Girls working there are quite snobby not accommodating.

I feel very engaged after visiting the stitches. What make me more happy is the behaviour of the staff, who are working there specially I like Nike and Kamilla. Both are very nice with helping nature.

We were passing through Kamloops on May 18th around 2pm and decided to stop in at Aberdeen mall to kill some time. While we were there we came into your store and unfortunately were subjected to a very negative customer experience, the details of which I will outline below. First of all, upon entering the store we were not greeted by any of the Sales associates, nor were we asked at any time if we needed assistance. This become even more frustrating when we were attempting to look at some of the men’s shirts hanging on an upper rack and as there were no Sales associates around to help we had to get the items down ourselves using a metal hook we found hanging in the area. Again, at no time while we were struggling to get the shirts down did a Sales associate come over and offer any assistance. Thankfully as this was not a complicated task we did manage to take care of it on our own, but was a rather unpleasant experience as a customer. What made matters far worse though was when we went to the cash desk to pay for our items. As we were standing there having our items put through both myself and my spouse very clearly overheard what appeared to be the supervisor sternly scolding/calling out one of the Sales associates from behind the cash desk. It seemed she was scolding her for having her phone on the floor and being very rude any time the employee provided an explanation. The supervisor was speaking to this employee in a very disrespectful (and loud) way and the Sales associate seemed extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed to be scolded so disrespectfully in such a public setting. As a customer this was an EXTREMELY uncomfortable situation to stand there and be subjected to listening/watching while we were trying to pay for our items. Also, as a manager myself I can attest that this is in no way a manor in which you should speak to your team members regardless of what they’ve done, and especially should not be done on the Sales floor where customers or other employees have to witness this. This display was completely unprofessional. As of result of this you can be certain that I shared this negative experience with most people I came in contact with that weekend at a large wedding in the area, and if this is how supervisors at your stores are encouraged to speak to their employees (and in front of customers) I will absolutely be thinking twice before shopping at one of your locations in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read this review, and I strongly encourage you reach out to the employees involved and coach to this inappropriate behavior.

Great selection and great sales on year-round however lacks in some areas of customer service. Was told we could do returns or exchanges within 2 weeks of purchase. Was not given this opportunity and instead told they are mens pants and cannot exchange them for another size. Was also not told they were mens and unexchangable at time of purchase.

Horrible Customer Service - STITCHES Kamloops I had a very disturbing experience and I wrote to their customer service about it on February 22 and I was informed that my email was forwarded to their District Manager but I haven't received any reply as yet.
