I love to shop with Ricki’s but definitely not this store. The worst customer service ever. The associate didn’t even greet me when I was in the store. I certainly won’t recommend this store to anyone. If I could give no star then I would do that. I feel sorry for not writing a great review for other Ricki’s stores I have been to.

I have been enjoying my shopping experience at this location so far. I recently started coming to this location since my nearby Rickis/Cleo closed after covid. Whether I come in to shop in-store or return online purchases, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. They almost always have sales going on. They sell all types of clothing and are best when it comes to finding stuff to wear for work. Be careful of shopping at Rickis, you will become addicted to shopping at this store/online.

I have found the quality somewhat declining. I really like Ricki's, so I hope I have only have a few bad pieces. Also, perhaps you should consider a different shipment provider? I waited a month for my items and your return policy is 45 days from the date shipped. I live an hour and a half away, work full time with 2 kids. Its challenging to find time just to return a couple pairs of pants.

I live pretty close and had to buy some semi-formal clothes for an event. This was my first time in a Ricki's .The selection was amazing, there were so many different choices, in so many colours. The customer service was incredible, all the ladies there were very helpful, always smiling and had great fashion knowledge (which I really appreciated since I have none!) I loved how all the clothes could easily be dressed up or dressed down to fit your needs. I've never written a review before but I had such a great experience at this location that I felt the need to spread the word so others can shop here and have the same experience I did! Please visit this store, you will not be disappointed!

I also had an unpleasant experience in this store. I purchase my items online and this is the closest store to make refunds or exchanges. It's a 30-45 min drive, only to be greeted by unfriendly staff. I've been here several times and it's always the same. I've decided to take my money and shop elsewhere.

The staff at this location were excellent! I've never had so much help at a clothing store. The girl in particular who helped me was named Seshanna I believe (please forgive me if my spelling or the name itself is wrong). She should get a promotion if possible! She worked so hard to meet my needs and made me feel like I was shopping with an old friend rather than alone. I couldn't have done it without her! She helped me find deals and gave me feedback about the clothes I was trying on. I was pretty nervous because I was shopping for work clothes for a new job which she was very understanding about. The customer service at bootlegger never ceases to amaze me. Very friendly staff. I'm sure that might change when it is busy but when the traffic is light they tend to help you right when you walk in. Starting from helping you find the proper size of jeans to finding a dressing room to paying for your merchandise The regular pricing on jeans is fairly expensive but I always wait for the sales. If you sign up with the club card they always let you know when there are deals.

Staff are not reliable to make correct change! I paid for my purchase with a $100.00 bill and my change should have been $65 She did not count it back to me and when I got home I realized she had only given me $55 My fault for trusting she knew how to count cash! I will never trust others with making correct change again! So if your register was over on Thursday by $10 ,you are welcome! I will be more watchful if I purchase in your store again.

They did not ask if anyone needed help or to find anything. They were more invested in personal conversations and if their working hours would increase due to covid restrictions easing up. Went to return an item which was given to me as a gift. I did not receive the tags with the gift. They would not return the item despite it not being worn and having a receipt. They could simply have looked up the sale and made their own tag. I will never shop at this store again with product that is over priced and comes apart at the seams. **Update** drove across town to another location who took the product back and wrote out the tag. The devonshire location could have simply called another store rather then refusing to take back the item and lecturing me on what the store told the gifter about the tags. #poorcustomerservice #neverbuyingfromrickis

Jan 3,2022 After visiting Ardene in Aberdeen mall where I was astonished at how poorly the staff treated their customers. I was pleasantly surprised at how warm, friendly and helpful the staff at Ricki's were. Keep up the great work girls...wish I would've gotten names . This is the 3rd time within 3 weeks I visited this store and was treated with great respect and many suggestions. Which led me to make a lot of purchases. I am very observant and big in marketing. Your staff have made a huge impression on me. I will be recommending this location in the local guide as well as word of mouth. You just never know who is watching!! Kudos to Ricki's Aberdeen mall for hiring such competent employees.

The customer service in this store is severely lacking. I have actually sent emails to the company regarding this issue (nicely written, not angry in any way!) and haven't received ANY response. It's almost as if they don't care! I went into the store this past Saturday (Dec 31st), it wasn't busy (maybe 6 or 7 customers) and I walked all the way around the store, tried on the items I had and stood in line to pay without ANYONE even saying hello to me! I actually had a sales girl shove past me when I was standing in the line and she said nothing! It's crazy. I just wanted to say my piece and I know I shouldn't go back there but it's hard for a curvy short girl to find some decent black dress pants that don't need to be hemmed so I just keep going back! I love the clothes there, but it lacks service. I walked in on Thursday, four girls were standing around the counter talking about some inappropriate things (all employees) , not one of them said hi when i walked in. I had my arms full of clothes to try on, no one asked if I needed a change room. Me and another lady stood at the dressing rooms waiting. Ended up making my way to the till when finally one of the girls looked around and saw us and asked us if we needed help .

A little annoyed right now. I shop online a lot then return clothes to the store that don't fit, which is a 30 min drive from me to the closest store. I lost my receipt for my online order so I printed a copy from my account. Apparently that isn't good enough for a refund! According to "store policy" I could only receive an in store credit.

My favourite place to shop. Always feel welcome, super friendly ladies here who spend time getting to know you. The manager here is called Angela and she is great, a lady who really gets it and seems to be able to find me just the right thing every time. I went in to do some shopping today. Lots of staff as their reorganizing the store... Some Very unprofessional staff. Im pretty sure i watched a couple of them laughing and giggling at a customer that was elderly. The store was quite busy yet it was hard to shop as there were hangers, papers etc lying around every where. You'd think this would be done when the store is closed or first thing. Tatiana put me in a change room and said if I needed anything to let her know, but she didn't come back! Poor service today. I was so disappointed with the amount of staff yet no help, I did not buy any thing.

I was at the Windsor store dealing with an associate who was wonderful. I had a return and she was making the return and easy process. Another associate who I didn’t have any dealing with came up not looking at me and quite rudely said you need to be behind the yellow line. Quite frankly, I didn’t even know she was talking to me because she wasn’t looking at me. She then looked at me again and rudely said you need to be behind the yellow line. The first associate had no problem where I was standing. I told her I felt she was very rude and that there were no problems when I was dealing with the first associate. I understand we are in a pandemic, and as a customer we get told to be kind all the time, well retail salespeople need to do the same. It will be a very long time before I go back in that Store, if I go back at all. I don’t deal with store that have rude customer service.

Very poor experience, they keep my money, I bought clothes and didn't like them so I went to return, brand new, no any damage , staff said it should be same card that I used to buy clothes in order to do refund, came home with no help, then went again to return clothes but this time I lost receipt and they said now they can do refund on debit as I don't have receipt, so why you didn't give my money back when on first place when I do have receipt. I bought clothes for $48, but they returned only $33. Very very poor service like I gave all details the date of purchase and everything and the staff was same girl who said come back with card you purchased clothes with, Ricki's a big company like you you won't be rich by keeping my money, but for me even 1 dollar is a lot, I am working very hard to manage my finances, staff was not helpful at all. I am also working in as customer service Rep, I always go beyond my limit to help a customer, like it is very awful how the rules are suddenly changed before yu cannot do refund on any other card but then all the sudden it is changed then yu can give credit on other credits just because you can keep my money this way.

When I entered one woman saw me but didn't greet me. I still looked around two of 4 items I picked up where stained. I was offered a discount but I declined as I didn't know if it would come out in the wash. When asking for the fitting room and cashing out I noticed the two women working there speak very abruptly in their tone. Maybe that is just the way they are. It was my first time at this location, not sure if I will go back. I think I may just stick to online

On June 28th, I went to the St.Albert store to pick up 2 items that were being heald for me that were requested by the South Commin store. I was helped by Cina. Only took maybe 2 minutes!! This storec had lots of product as well and there were several shoppers there, with all being helped. I really was impressed with the awesome service I received at this store that day and in the past!! Thank you ladies!!

I showed up waited for 20minutes got seated at the 45minute mark got my meal with a hair in it second time in a row from rickis getting a hair in my meal. Total Bullshit.

Bonus they serve breakfast all day, disappointing meal for us however, stale french fries and very little meat on my husbands sandwich. The best part of my caesar salad was the warm garlic loaf, salad itself tasted like the romaine had sat in water all day, flavorless dressing and what looked like a used lemon. Served a lime with my tea. Appys were decent but pricy. Sorry it wasn't so good. Won't ho back.

I ordered a jacket for my wife for her birthday and they some how mixed up the order when shipping it sending my the wrong item and sending the item I ordered to someone else and now they don't have the jacket in stock yes I did get a refund but that's not the point I'm very disappointed with them for the outcome they could gotten the item back from who they sent to or offered a different jacket!!!!!

Wife bought a "fall jacket" wore it to work. Wasn't warm nor did it break the wind. Went to return it, was told it was not returnable. THE RETURN POLICY HERE IS NONEXISTENT. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE UNLESS YOU'RE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU'RE NOT GOING TO RETURN IT. BECAUSE YOU CAN'T!

Note: this is Ricki's THE CLOTHING STORE, not the restaurant. It's really unfortunate that kim delion, Mandi Vanags, and Ken Davidson all submitted horrible reviews for the restaurant on this review page which is for THE CLOTHING STORE. I tried to report it to Google as being for the wrong business, but there is no option to do that sadly. By the way, Ricki's THE CLOTHING STORE at Woodgrove Mall in Nanaimo is great. The ladies are so helpful, the clothes are cute, and ordering online is easy. Also, if you order from Cleo online in a town where there is no Cleo store, you can return your items to Ricki's.

Terrible service. Extremely rude staff told us that they had a large group come in so we could expect at least a 45 minute wait for our food once they were able to provide us with menus and a searver. It was lovely to hear that our experience was less important to the staff at the restaurant because there were only 5 of us. Better yet was that the girl who told us this was so kind as to agree with us that we should just leave if they were too busy to serve us.

Possibly the worst experience I've had with customer service. I bought a coat on October 31, 2019, wore it for a month, the zipper has started to come apart after a month (which they say is wear and tear) I brought it back to the Oakville store and the assistant manager was completely unprofessional, all I wanted was an exchange. I had to go through their customer service, which I was fine with, only to be told that I'm stuck with this coat, and there is nothing they can do for me. So basically they don't stand behind they products. I am so disappointed in Ricki's. I have shopped here for years and spent a lot of money and this is how they treat a loyal customer.

So much for no"sale is ever final". I bought jeans yesterday, brought them home, took off the tags, was excited to wear them, threw out the tags and noticed a small snag on the knee just as I was about to put them in the wash. I didn't want the snag to turn into a full blown rip after spending $80. So I went back to the store a day later with the receipt and hoped they would understand...I just want one without a snag in the knee...no luck. No help. No return. Not happy. I know im to blame for not having the tag but just thought "no sale is ever final" slogan would help me. Not buying jeans here again. This complaint comes literally a day after I said, I have never had a bad experience here...that's why they got 2 stars.

I really like this store! The rep (especially the one with blonde hair and glasses) very friendly and approachable. Great customer service too. The first time I was here with my friend, they didn't have her size but they went above and beyond to double check their other stores at Tecumseh Mall and Windsor Crossing Outlet Mall to see if they have any in stock... No luck but they tried!

I've recently been to Ricki's for the first time. It will definitely be a store I frequent often. I returned a dress because it was same colour as the bridesmaids flowers . I had no problem with the return.The salespeople are helpful and very courteous. I highly recommend this place.
