decent store good sales sometimes, but dear lord i don't think the dressing room walls have ever been cleaned since opening they are all filthily with grime and goo, every-time i try stuff on im scared to use the hangers and have clothes touch the walls. yikes!

I am so disappointed about the sales associates at the Aberdeen mall, Kamloops store. Their attitude towards customers are so ridiculous. They were checking up on us like we were about to steal, even without asking whether we need help to find something. Worst customer service ever!!!

Excellent quality products, super friendly staff. won't bother you but they were extremely helpful when i asked for assistance. I came in on 8th, it was a Monday eve, came in just to browse, wasn't going to buy anything for myself but ending up buying a beautiful green sweater because the girl in the fitting room convinced me that i looked super cool! I thought I'd return it but I am happy with it. the cash area can be improved though, every time I come in just one register is open and there is always a huge line!

Store is quite disorganized, particularly in the pants sections. Many pairs are missing tags and the sizes and cuts are way out of order. Annoyingly, I went to exchange a pair of slim fit khakis I bought on sale just over a week ago (all tags still attached with receipt). I tried to exchange them for a skinny pair of the same pants rather than a slim pair, and was told I’d have to pay an additional charge of $17. I explained that a week ago, they’d been on sale, and I’d bought a skinny and a slim pair each for exactly the same price, as seen on my receipt. Apparently their being a different cut of the same pair of pants makes it void for them to be exchanged at the sale price of the original pair. I’ve done this same kind of exchange before at the Gap Factory store with no issues. Anyway, I ended up just getting a refund–so the Gap lost $30 rather than the $17 (which wouldn’t itself of even been a loss since they were on sale at that price a week before). Seems like a pretty nonsensical policy to me.

The clothes are always fantastic, both in appearance and quality, and some of my favorite hoodies are from here. Today was a greater win given the 50% off sale. It convinced me to scoop an adorable Minnie Mouse coat for my granddaughter!

My boyfriend and I were in there today and the male associate behind the counter was a bit strange...He rang us through and had zero personality and then after asked my boyfriend for his e-mail which he didn't feel like giving them as we don't shop there often and the assiciate says to him "don't be scared next time" as he hands us our bag..it was just a weird tacky thing to say and left us feeling awkward.

It is extremely annoying to have requests fir posts come to cell phones of people who don't come into a business that then sends requests for posts, just because they happen to walk by a business!!!

A clothing store mostly offering casual wear manufactured in South East Asian countries like Bangladesh. Gap is just an another example of an MNC turning to trader from being manufacturer. Such of those north Americans who have visited South East Asian countries might feel that they get a better bargain from a roadside vender.
