Wouldn't even give it one star rude staff, gave out personal info to one of their other clients. After measurements were done the dress came in the wrong size and they couldn't do alterations for their mistake or couldnt compensate. Will not be back nor recommend to anyone.

Candice was awesome. I have gone around to different places to get pricing on some rental stuff for my wedding. The customer service in most places these days are just not there. I was not treated the best. As soon as I stepped into the store I was treated very well. Candice helped me out and I didn't have to look anywhere else. Thank you!

Horrible, unwelcoming experience. The staff are not helpful regardless of the store not being busy. I would never go back. Update to her reply: Now in the owner's reply she says that perhaps we were in the store down- yeah I am not that incompetent, I know what store I am in. It's a shame that she has to be so rude to prospective customers. And to address her concerns about how busy they were- when I walked in at 10am there was literally 2 people in the store. Nice try. Your replies really show your character, sweetheart.

First Comes Love did a wonderful job decorating my wedding in September 2018. The process was simpler than I thought and Candace (with her team) made it work without me having too. I gathered quotes from a few decorators in town and First Comes Love was best in price and service. (Thank you Anthony at Viva Bridal for not not returning my calls or messages. It was a blessing in disguise!)

My friend and I said yes to our dream dresses for grad at First Comes Love today! It was super amazing to have a consultant who was knowledgeable and incredibly kind. Jenelle was the lady who was working with us and she was the sweetest and most fun person we could’ve asked for! The store had a huge variety of styles, colours, and most importantly, sizes. As a plus size costumer, I felt comfortable and included! The service was impeccable and they made us feel beautiful and special. We couldn’t have asked for a better day. The whole experience was incredible, and I highly recommend visiting this store!

I had the best experience as a bride here. Very friendly and helpful when I was searching for a dress, helpful through fittings and alterations and were all excited when I got to take my dress home. I called the day of my wedding to see if they could do up the corset for me. (no one at my venue knew how to properly do it) The ladies that helped me that day were so sweet and made the corset look absolutely beautiful. I really love that they asked to take pictures of me on the way out of the store. All around an amazing experience from beginning to end. :)

They were all really helpful and there were lots of dresses in normal human sizes for me to try on which was amazing! Plus they were totally okay that I brought my toddler with me 3 times I went to try on and decide on the perfect dress (he's well behaved)

This is an excellent place to buy a dress! I would choose this place over any other in town, the service is amazing and the staff are attentive, patient and kind. They really want to make sure you leave happy with whatever your purchase is. And best of all they're KNOWLEDGEABLE! They really know their stuff so if you're like me and have no idea what that "swooshy fabric" you love the look of is, they can help you find it in a heartbeat, and they make great recommendations for colors and styles that will best flatter your body type. It's an overall great and very positive experience, as buying a dress should be! Highly recommend renting a photobooth from them as well.

Quick to respond and address any questions or concerns with planning the decor for our wedding. Very flexible while we made numerous changes and additions. Great attention to detail while setting up - it looked amazing! The packages were very reasonably priced - comparable to a big city like Ottawa, where we’re currently living. Very highly recommend!!

I took a bridesmaid dress there for some alterations. It only needed an adjustment on the straps and a hem. I know it was an online dress so it was a bit cheaper quality but the alteration cost almost more than double of the actual dress. Perhaps I should have asked for a quote but no warning was given that it would be that expensive! The girls were very nice and I did call to ask for clarification. Still a bit dissapointed as it was a lot of money and they didnt steam the dress when they were done :(

I don’t normally review things but the Photo booth rental was the worst service. A few weeks before my wedding I called to confirm everything and they had the booth booked for the wrong day. What they show online is not what you get, the scrap book had no real effort put into it or anything to make it look like a scrap book. They don’t do anything in their list of services unless you ask for it - don’t bring even a white backdrop just incase.

Kamloops must be hurting for customers considering Williams lake already has 2 locations to purchase formal/grad/wedding gowns. You must feel that your dresses are better then what is already offered in town for you to do an event for Williams lake grads. Pretty sad this company deletes a concerned comment like this on the event and blocks commenting and reviews. How would you feel as a small business owner if we came to your location and set up. Considering how many stores we have lost due to an event like this. As a resident I like to support the local businesses that we have because we do not need more buildings up for lease. This applies to any store offered here.Don't you think this town has gone though enough hardship since the forest fires? It is not appreciated. Please support your local stores to make sure we have them in the future. Many stores are already missed due to lack of support????

Overall the experience was great. The clerk was exceptionally polite and attentive. A gown was purchased and paid for in full, at the end of the appointment. Called hours later informing us the wrong price was put on the gown, and they wont honor the price we paid. The brides experience was ruined. DRESS WAS RETURNED with refund. Found another boutique willing to match the price with additional 20% off based on the horrible experience this boutique gave the bride. Would not reccomend this boutique.

???? This store gives amazing & personalized service. Best in Kamloops! Found the designer dress style "we" liked, but not the dress. Daughter continued to look elsewhere, including Nanaimo & Edmonton. When she found THE dress she went back to First Comes Love to order it. Experience does count, and they didn't disappoint. All follow up appointments have been wonderful experiences, just like the first visit. Thanks to you, our daughter has smiles from ear to ear, looks radiant, and has one less thing to worry about for her upcoming special day. You've completed her dream..... and on budget! Thank you, for the very memorable mother daughter moments ????.

This store is absolutely amazing! It is by far the nicest bridal store in Kamloops and even Kelowna! The staff is so helpful and I couldn't imagine finding my dress anywhere else. They had a great selection and were very helpful, they were very accommodating to me not booking an appointment, and were great at suggesting styles that I would like. the viewing areas are nice and roomy enough space for my family to watch me, which is great compared to other local options. All in all, I would totally recommend every bride or grad in the interior to come to this store! Believe me, you will not be disappointed!
