After purchasing an item at the store I immediately had to go back because the item was defective. No where on the receipt did it state that no exchanges were possible I completely understand refunds but to not exchange a defective item is not right and not to inform a customer that there are no exchanges or refunds is unacceptable. The manager at the store referred me to the online site for the warranty. After trying to register the item and create an account the site continued crashing and kept looping to the homepage. I guess I’m out the money for this product and will never be returning to the store.

Excellent, both ladies I spoke with were very easy to speak with, had lots of input and knowledge regarding the products they carried and my needs. Would never go again. Terrible service and their main staff are judgmental. Not to mention throws accusations without Any Merit or proof, and talks down to customer's. Watched them loose 4-5 customers this weekend due to these behaviours as multiple witnesses were present.

Bought a lube. Came back literally 10 minutes later because it was the wrong one. I didn't even take it out of the bag that was given to me. they wouldn't give me a refund and didn't even offer an exchange. Hope it was worth a lost customer.
