I always have a tough time finding pants that fit me well, but the staff were fantastic in helping me find the right pant. That doesn't happen very often. Service was exceptional! Definitely recomend.

Great shopping experience at Mountain Air. Different brands and styles than what I am used to seeing at other stores. Some European products. Loved so many items and walked away with a few of them. Great store with plenty of options and great taste!

I was so pleased with the great service at Mountain Air! I bought 2 shirts yesterday and mistakenly took the wrong size. The sales associate noticed I had left with the wrong size shirt and put the correct size aside for me. She saw us today and let me know about the error (I had not noticed). She went above and beyond for a great experience! Thank you so much and we will be back again.

I bought a winter parka for my wife at Mountain Air today and it was an excellent experience. The products are top notch and the service was second to none. I think everyone that visits Jasper should check out this store. Karen was very helpful and made buying a gift for my wife quite enjoyable. I made it home tonight and she loves the Canadian made coat and hat. Thanks again.
