Very nice rooms and great staff. The front desk was very professional and helpful. Pool, hot tub and workout room were definitely a plus. I will be staying here again for sure!

Rude reception. Toilet paper roll left with 18" on it. No pens or paper in room. Hair in shower other than that clean room. No restaurant, baggage help, lounge, room service. I'd advise staying elsewhere as premium priced.

Four of us stayed two nights. We had a really nice stay and were on the second floor. My grandson loved the pool. The staff was great, very helpful, and courteous. My only concern with the room was the bathroom fan didn't work so the room remained quite humid after showers. Otherwise it was a positive experience.

Bright, large, comfortable room, nicely decorated. Handy kitchenette. Faux fireplace was a nice touch. Comfy beds, mountain views. Excellent stay!!!

Please consider all other options in Jasper before deciding to allocate your hard earned money to this establishment. Unkempt, old, smelly and poor customer service. The only thing new about this place is the covered porch on the main entrance. See the photo attached and decide for yourselves if you will stay here. We felt dirty and particularly during Covid when there is a heightened sense of cleanliness everywhere to discover that after checkin and your first night that you have slept on a bed with either unchanged sheets or unwashed sheets, is beyond the pale. To add insult to injury the front desk supervisor did not even apologize after we told her about what we had discovered and during our discussion with guests services we were made to feel like we were the ones whom were wrong. The hotel did offer a $200 discount off one nights room rate and free breakfast as compensation for our troubles but nothing can take away the stain of us finding that we have slept in an unclean bed, that the hall ways smell of urine ( its a pet friendly hotel) and that the staff are just plain non chalant and uncaring. Run down and dirty.......
