This place located at Paul and Nancy’s no frills doesn’t care about this franchise. Refuses to take returns and doesn’t understand the basic concept of a franchise. Extremely rude, argumentative and combative. The customer is always wrong at this business.

We have been buying Joe Fresh's products for the last two years and we are happy with them. The quality / price ratio is very good and they have a big variety of styles. It's very easy to buy through the website (we have free shipping as PC Insider member) and through the stores which are always well presented. Exchanges and returns are always easy and the stuff is helpful.

The item I wanted (which was the only one left) was on display and they wouldn't take it down for me to buy. Said they would need 2 people to take it down because of social distancing but when I asked they how they got it up there they couldn't answer me. In my opinion they just didn't want to do it.
