This is always the go to store for last minute Halloween costumes and accessories! Also they have amazing decorations and piniata' for birthday parties! Prices are fair!

I was there today (July 20th, 2017) for the first time and discovered that this store is a one stop party & balloon shop. The prices were competitive with the other big box party stores and with similar selection. My hat goes off to the beautiful lady working this afternoon as she was extremely helpful. She did an extraordinary job on my balloon bouquet. I loved how she fully inflated the balloons to their proper size unlike other stores that make them round like the size of a grape fruit lol. This is my favourite new party store.

Worst place I went to was my vary first time going there and the owner scammed me, gave me so much attitude and was very rude, I told him I didn’t want the big helium tank and he insisted for me to buy it and they didn’t even have the right things I needed never going here again thanks for scamming me

Party Max saved the day! My order for air-filled balloons for a birthday was simple although seemed complicated being forced to order online with a competitor. I ditched the painful online order stress and decided to give Party Max a call. I am thankful they still take balloon orders via the phone to avoid confusion! I had my order placed within minutes with Nicole and she was great! Thank you Nicole! Sometimes it’s just better to fulfill custom balloon orders the old fashion way. It’s more quick, simple and less chance of a mishap.

I bought a cat balloon in the end of August, for my cats 10th birthday party. That thing is still floating in my basement today. Best 10$ I ever spent. Update to my review. It is now December 19th and the balloon still floats.

The staff there are not friendly at all! I came to get balloons for my daughter and I received no assistance from the staff! Where is common courtesy these days? I would not recommend this place, I prefer Party City as they have more variety/ selection and better service. I thought I would give this place a try, but it a waste of my time.

Thanks to the girls ..I smacked my head outside and had to go to the hospital..I had my lil dog with me , I could not take him with me so I had to leave him at party max with the girls till he was picked up..the girls took good care of him, thanks again girls and thank you Amber!!

RIP OFF ALERT !!! High priced cheap items for Halloween and when you try to return an item 10 min after you purchased they tell you NO REFUND. Things are literally double the price than some items at some of the bigger Halloween stores. Buyer Beware !!!

Above and beyond service. I had are very hard time locating a specific item. I went into Partymax on queenston road. The service there was great. They were able to get me what I needed. Even though it was not in that location. They called another Partymax location and had what I was looking for delivered to the Queenston store the very next day. I was so happy. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who it planning a event or party.
