I worked there for a few weeks. I was a model employee. I helped a customer and she asks if we a have a certain costume. I help find it. I make sure before I tell the person we don’t have it and I recommend a place that might have it like our other location or Spirit Halloween. They’re disappointed that we don’t have it. The person put in a complaint and I am fired the next day! Also management is very shady and employees don’t deserve to be treated this way. Worst establishment to work for ever!!!!

This company is amazing!! Their customer service / staff is super friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them! My company just ordered high top tables from them for an event. I asked for them to be delivered, and they delivered! They showed up and set them up for me which I was not expecting and took them down for me! The tables were awesome great condition and the table cloths were clean and chic! Highly recommended if you're hosting an event!

I’m really disappointed with the service of this company. I spent quite a lot of money with them for my daughter’s 1st birthday. One thing I purchased was 3 foot balloon. I got it home just fine and placed it in the corner of the room and after 2 hours it popped. It wasn’t being touched or moved and there was nothing around that could have popped it. When I called I was told “that’s just the risk you take with those balloons.” I’m sorry but if you’re paying that much money for a single balloon, having it pop for no reason isn’t a risk anyone should have to take. I’m very disappointed with the lack of care or concern over this matter and I won’t be shopping there again.

Really great service! I went to the temporary Quinpool location and Josie was super helpful with detailed suggestions for my obscure D&D-related Halloween costume, both in terms of overall appearance and in terms of makeup products useful for creating it. They seem to have a good selection of makeup even at that smaller store, though Josie mentioned that the selection is better at the Bayers Lake location. I do wish they stocked clothing a bit less pre-fab for those wishing to make a more original costume—ideally used items like cloaks and, um, more cloaks? The prepackaged costumes seem quite wasteful considering they will likely only be worn a few times at most. Rather unseemly attire for a Social Justice Necromancer.

Great place for bouncy house rentals. Twice they dropped off the rental early so we could have it longer at no extra fees. They allowed me to take my dog in the store to pay for a rental.

A great selection of fireworks and knowledgeable staff. Great place to get everything you need for a party or event but there is a price to pay for getting everything in one spot. The prices are a bit higher than sourcing out everything on its own, but that is the price of convenience. Opening hours are decent but it is a tough place to find.
