I really don't know what more you could ask for from a store like this. It's a good size, the displays are awesome with sneakers and vintage relics spread throughout the shelves and walls. Unlike a lot of vintage clothing stores that can be a borderline scam, this store actually has reasonable prices. It does have a premium selection that's more expensive, but the items do hold a higher value that is still pretty realistic with the price. They also have their own brand with some pretty cool designs and is again, reasonably priced. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area and you have an interest in streetwear/vintage clothing.

Probably the friendliest local vintage shop in Guelph sold them a couple shirt 2weeks ago they give me good deals, always fun experience but hopefully the employees interact more with clients none the less energy in there is always solid experience highly recommended to check it out they got heat kicks and vintage mix with modern goods????

Great selection for great prices. Store is organized and operated very well. I went to the 20 dollar sale recently and it was so worth it. I've ordered from Vintage Instincts several times and I have only had amazing experiences. Orders arrive on time and some occasions earlier than expected. Customer service is quick to reply to my questions or concerns. I've had one situation where one of the clothing pieces was damaged but fixable. I messaged the store and they were generous to give me a small refund to cover costs for the repair and a discount on my next order.

terrible. clothes r shrunk and fit horribly. collars r stretched. horrible company. horrible policies. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! you will waste your money. spent $80 on a shrunken and stretched crew neck and couldn’t return it or get an exchange. just awful. After posting my review they sent me this… you choose whether u want to buy from a place like this. Unfortunately leaving one star reviews is not going to get you anywhere. I would have been happy to resolve this with you. I am not sure why you blame us when we measure the exact dimensions of the item for you to check the fit prior to purchasing. It’s from the 1980’s which typically has a smaller fit, and we even specified how it fit much smaller than the tagged size. The collar is not stretched whatsoever. The return policy is clear on the website. It sounds like you made a mistake and want to blame us. That’s too bad. Have a good day.

Unimpressed with the customer service. Asked for a refund, (clothes were smaller, then what was ordered, they refused. Policy is ''NO REFUND'', so we asked for an exchange and refused anyways. . Didn't understand the terms of service, and at the end, they threaten laws suits ,if you are unhappy with them which is mentioned in there, ''TERMS OF SERVICE''. Very disappointing,. The goverment of Ontario, should revise there laws , on liabilty.
