This store is by far the best Stag Shop I've been to. Super clean and open. And the staff there are fantastic! Always willing to help if you need it, but won't harass you at all like what can happen in some retail stores. They make you feel comfortable at all times, especially when things might get a little awkward on my end. My boyfriend and I had an issue with a toy recently, and the store manager was quick to help us out--she even drove around to multiple other locations to find us one that was functional and safe so we didn't have to. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I hosted my cousin's bachelorette party over the weekend and the Stag Shop home party was a perfect kick-off to the weekend. We were a mixed age group of women but everyone felt comfortable asking questions and learning. The ladies were fun, professional, and informative. Plus, my husband was more than happy to give up the house to us for the weekend when he saw what I bought. Home parties are a must-do for your next ladies' night or couples' party!

Had a great experience here today... stopped in to find a replacement for an item; the clerk was extremely pleasant & helpful, and directed me to what I was looking for. She offered advice & tips, as well as thoughtfully introduced me to an upgrade (I declined, for the time being). I recommend this store; don't be shy -- it's ok to ask questions ???? And the front door made me laugh out loud, so I had to snap a pic ????

Went to buy an item which was priced 71.99. Only to get to the counter to be told it’s much more expensive than the tagged price which they placed on it by accident. After waiting for 20 min, was told they won’t honour the tagged price they themselves placed on the product themselves.

Love going to the Guelph ontario location! The staff there are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel very comfortable with talking to them about anything. Not only well they give you great details about the products and don't mind discussing some personal opinion/experience with the products as well. Have not had a bad experience there yet

The ladies here are amazing. Super informative always friendly. A few times I've been and they didn't have items I was looking for or found new items and these ladies make calls and make sure I leave with what I planned on or found I wanted! The prices are deffintly better than the love shop more welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
