I tried on wedding dresses at 3 places and Sixpence was by far the best. The consultant really took the time to understand my needs and kept reminding me to listen to myself and not what anyone else said. I didn't feel like she was trying to make a sale, I felt like she genuinely cared about my experience. Not to mention, she was the only consultant who had me try and sit down in the dress I said "Yes" to which I never even thought out! They give you amazing service and were beyond helpful ! Update: my husband was blown away by my dress and it was made to for me perfectly! I couldn’t have asked for a better day

While I did not end up getting my dress there, I had an amazing experience. The selection was great, but more importantly, so were the prices. The staff were also very positive, up-beat and helpful. The ambiance of the store was also great. My party and I had a great time! I have recommended this shop to all my girlfriends.

Sixpence is amazing. The dresses and shop are beautiful. The sales staff are helpful and really make you feel comfortable & special when shopping for your big day. The biggest shout out goes to the Sixpence seamstress Maria. I met with her about 5 times before my wedding. I purchased a dress WAY too big for me with a lot of detailing I was hoping to preserve in alterations. She was incredible! She was so patient, listened to everything I asked, knowledgeable and incredibly talented. Plus, the price for all of her time/effort was very reasonable. Maria made my experience with Sixpence above and beyond. I received SO MANY compliments on my dress. Thanks sixpence for everything!!

I went there recently to try on dresses and this was the first place I went to. They had a decent selection for my size. Anna who was helping me with the dresses was wonderful. She made me feel better about dresses that didn't fit properly and did a great job explaining how bridal sizes are different and how different designers that are known for making sizes even smaller than the standard. The shop is very clean and nicely decorated. You can tell they put a lot of effort into their selection of dresses. While I didn't find THE dress, I had a good experience and would recommend friends and family to check them out. Thank you!

I had such an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress at Sixpence! First of all, you get the shop to yourself for the appointment, which made me feel so comfortable and special. Jackie really has an eye for beautiful dresses- every dress I tried on was beautiful. When I did find "the one" Jackie was great in suggesting accessories and doing the alterations for the dress. i bought my dress this weekend and could not be happier, i used to stare at the bridal shop every time i passed it, my consultant Anna was amazing and so sweet and actually picked my dress! i went in there having one thing in mind and she picked out something compleatly opposite other than my silhouette and i fell in love ! thank you so much especially Anna she really was the sweetest even with the new rules in the shop !

I was pretty disappointed after my experience at Sixpense Bridal Studio. I left my appointment early because I felt embarrassed. One of the stylists was very kind and attempted to find a dress I liked. I found the selection to be very much all one style. The other worry the dresses started at 1,500$, which I thought was very expensive for pre-worn dresses. I wasn't asked what my budget was during my experience. The style recommended some dresses for me to try on as I had a hard time finding one I thought I'd like. When I tried one dress that was recommended to me, I saw it was twice my budget. I said that the price wasn't right which made me struggle to like it. They then asked what my budget was and answered it was 1,000$ the other stylist then said "then what are you doing in a 2,000$ dress?" In a tone that I took as very condescending. That's when I immediately wanted to leave. I thought the comment was very rude and hurtful. I didn't ask to try on the dress is was given to me to try. The question of my budget I felt should have been asked at the start. I wouldn't reccomend this place for a budget bride. I did look at their Instagram page prior to my appointment to get a vibe of the dress selections. There wasn't a single one I liked but I thought I'd still give it a chance. Turns out their Instagram is a very good look into their inventory, so if you don't see anything you like don't go for an appointment.

I would recommend Sixpence to every bride! (And I will certainly do so with friends and family in the future). I had an amazing experience buying my dress at Sixpence. First and last shop I visited. My girls and I had a great time, the consultant was lovely and super helpful, and there were so many gorgeous dresses to choose from! I love that Sixpence provides a cheaper, more sustainable alternative to wedding dress shopping. And, on top of that, the staff are super personable. I also highly recommend using their seamstress if you need alterations. She was great! My dress looked like it was made for me, and she worked so quickly.

While I didnt end up saying yes here, it was a good experience overall. I think if you know what you are looking for, it can be a great way to purchase a dress! I loved the idea of giving a dress a second chance and the staff were so kind. The prices were a little bit higher than I would expect to pay for consignment, but there were also a lot of really different/unique dresses to try. Will definitely consider consigning my dress after the wedding here! And would recommend it as part of your dress shopping experience.

I said YES to the dress at Sixpence and I'm so happy I did - I had such a wonderful experience at Sixpence! Jackie is so knowledgeable and honest. There is a great selection of unique, beautiful dresses. I had gone to a few bridal shops before Sixpence and I can honestly say that the vibe at Sixpence was outstanding in comparison to the others. The intimate feel and warm atmosphere, as well as the lovely staff made my bridal experience so special...and fun! Thank you Sixpence! Would recommend over and over.

Sixpence is an incredible and intimate boutique. It’s charming, has a beautiful set up and the staff is very reassuring, helpful and kind. I fell out of love with the original dress that I’d purchased from them and the owner went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress. I cannot stress enough how great this shop is! I went with my sister, who was the one looking for a dress. It was their first day back open after being closed due to the pandemic. They asked that we wear masks and sanitize our hands upon entry. They also asked that we remove our footwear and provided brand new socks if you did not want to go barefoot. The socks were very nice. We felt very comfortable with their procedures. We were the only two in the store along with Colleen who was fantastic and very helpful. My sister left happy with dress in hand! A lovely place and great experience.

Amazing! The staff there are extremely helpful and accommodating, and they have a huge selection of different gowns. Was a lot better than any chains I went to, I walked into Sixpence and in less than an hour found my dream gown with a beautiful matching belt. I have and will continue to recommend this place to all of my friends getting married!

I had a wonderful experience at Sixpence after being referred by a friend. Lots of different dresses and private appointments! Staff was helpful but also just kinda let us do our thing, not pushy at all. Maria did my alterations and she was patient and kind and listened to everything that I wanted. My dress fit perfectly. Pretty flexible with appointment times as I was coming from 1 hr away. Held onto my dress and veil and had them both steamed and ready for pick up the day before my wedding because I didnt have anywhere to store them :) I would totally recommend.

I had an appointment at Sixpence yesterday and brought my mom and future mother in law. After going shopping with friends for their weddings, I was nervous that I would feel pressured, because you make an appointment and are the only ones in the shop, or that (based on the two formal consignment stores I've been in) the quality would be poor with beads falling off etc. Not only was every dress pristine, they were gorgeous and the quality was exceptional. I can honestly say I felt beautiful in everything I tried on, which is not usually the way shopping works for me, although because they are one of a kind and I am tall a few were too short. Casaundra was running our appointment, and she was kind, was not pushy, and was honest in a way that made me feel great. Dresses that would have needed alterations, like the back being lowered because the zipper wouldn't have gone all the way up, Casaundra artfully tucked in so they looked like they were made that way without mentioning it to me or to my family. The environment with just the four of us was also perfect. I plan on recommending Sixpence to anyone looking for their wedding dress.

I couldn't believe that this was a consignment store! From the moment you step in the door, it's a classy and very comfortable experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the chic decor and small touches that made it feel just as high-end (if not more) than many of the other gown shops in the area. Most importantly, the customer service was top-notch, made me feel comfortable, and answered all of my questions. I found that there was an amazing selection of dresses for very reasonable prices. I would definitely encourage those who wouldn't typically consider consignment to make an appointment just to see - many dresses were new or never worn! I ended up finding my dress elsewhere, but if I hadn't, I certainly would have gone back to see their new arrivals. I would highly recommend Sixpence Bridal Studio as one of the first stops for any bride.

Both Jackie and Steph were awesome to work with - they accommodated my coming into see them on short notice. They were both very patient and understanding of my situation - I had already bought another dress that i had fallen out of love with. Though I didn’t end up buying a dress from here, as I am going to make my first dress work with the help of Jackie (who is awesome and very honest), I had such a lovely experience and would highly recommend. Yes the selection is smaller than other bridal boutiques (it is a consignment store after all), but the selection is also constantly changing, so even if you don't find what you're looking for first time around follow them on Instagram. They are always posting photos of new inventory coming in! The boutique is very cute, and the dresses were in meticulous condition - I have been to other consignment bridal boutiques, and quality of the dresses at Sixpence are much higher. Definitely make this a stop in your search for the perfect wedding dress. And even if you don't buy your dress at Sixpence, you can always look to cosign it with them!
