This store has a vast selection of toys are brands. Customer service is great too. I dont think you could fit a stroller through some of the aisles though.

Great toy store located right in downtown Guelph. My boy loves Playmobil and they have a rather large selection to choose from. Prices are very good in comparison to big box store shopping. Atmosphere in store is perfect for kids. Staff are very friendly.

Reasonable prices compete with Walmart and others. But with a variety. The varity again wins . I am big fan of Lego and PlayMobile .and the biggest collection is here . bigger than indego walmart and other toy shops in Guelph.

Very nice store. I got a couple lovely items there and they were a very good deal. If the staff had a little more personality it would be great. The girl at the cash basically ignored my conversation toward her about how much I liked the item I was buying and just did the transaction and handed me my receipt. Oh well, maybe she was having a bad day.

I'm a big fan of supporting local mom and pop shops. Simply Wonderful offers a wide selection of toys you wouldn't find in a Walmart. I like the selection of the beginner science toys, board games, and puzzles.

Simply Wonderful is wonderful! I remember coming to this store as a child, it seemed magical. I loved taking my son here. He really loves his crinkly Kitty Tails book and the adorable hand puppet I got here.

Made a delivery late evening on Friday and it was ready to pick up almost first thing in the morning. The store was tidy, clean, with lots of great toys and collectibles. Pick-up was super easy and staff was very friendly. Great place for gifts and surprises :)

If you are just thinking on buying a toy... this is the place to go. Awesome variety, great toys and display. The staff was very professional and friendly. I bought a giant polar bear for my son and he loved it ???????????????????????????? PS: The bear is the same size as my in-laws dog!

Well curated selection of toys, games, and anything else that might entertain a kid or a kid at heart. Prices are reasonable for an independent store if this type. Love how the store is broken into sections and not genders (though the toys themselves often are). The farther back you go the younger in age the items are aimed at. Don't bring your kids, they will find multiple items they'll want to bring home! Ha ha.

Guelph's best toy store. It's better than Mastermind and most of the toys really get your kids thinking and away from screen time. Suitable for all age ranges and they have a loyalty rewards system.

Had such a disappointing experience that I had intended on keeping private, but because of the way it was handled, I feel I must share publicly. Was in the store during the covid outbreak, and several of the staff were completely disregarding the local bylaw (not wearing their masks on their face - instead letting it dangle from their ears until they were going to serve a customer; and not physically distancing from each other even when not wearing a mask). On a previous occasion a staff member had told me that I could now come within six feet of them because they had a mask on. I called the bylaw office as I felt there was some education needed here, as well as sent a follow up message to the store explaining this situation and how I had regretted making a purchase there. After explaining this via a Facebook message, the only response I got was "The issue has been addressed. Thank you for your concern." There was unfortunately no attempt to apologize. Had they at least apologized, I would not have written this post. Very disappointed by this whole experience as I loved to shop there and I will now be making my purchases at Chapter Indigo or online instead of supporting this local business.
