They do party stuff well. Some things are a bit expensive, but they will try and find things for you and area knowledge. We go there for birthday and special balloons.

We went here to have our latex and foil balloons filled with helium for our 30th birthday celebration. The ladies were extremely helpful and patient. The pricing is reasonable and they provide the plastic bags and ribbons. The helium is quality and it kept our foil balloons up for 2+ weeks. Definitely recommend them for all your party needs! Good selection of party supplies... Balloons and stuff. Some seasonal costumes such as Santa suits. They have colored contact lenses which is good to know.

I purchased helium balloons from here on March 15th for a reunion I was hosting. It is over a month later and all 6 balloons are still floating! I mean, completely full, no sign of coming down anytime soon. For the price, I am extremely satisfied with how long they're lasting. I used to buy helium balloons from a big name party store and they would rarely last over night. I didn't expect much, but wow I am impressed! I will definitely be returning here for any future balloon needs.

The best variety and the best price! Massive balloon wall, beautiful balloon bouquets. Every pinata you could think of. Organized by theme, and there are soooo many to choose from! I come here before every party I throw, and the staff is always friendly, honest, and helpful.

Apparently waiting patiently in line to get party supplies due to covid, my wife and daughter were treated very rudely and poorly today a store representative. While we realize retailers are under alot of stress right now....treating customers rudely even before they enter your store seems like really bad business. Never going back.

I really wanted to like this place because I prefer supporting independent businesses over large corporations, but 4 of the balloons I purchased either deflated within an hour or popped entirely (without any contact with popcorn ceilings, sharp objects, or excessive pressure). I believe the balloons that popped were over inflated. The store replaced 3 of the balloons but I didn’t want to have to drive an extra hour there and back when the balloons should’ve been good from the get go. They weren’t cheap either. I think I will stick with party city from now on just because I’ve never had any issues with balloons deflating or exploding from there.

My go-to store for great party decor. They have a huge selection a mylar balloons, including unique ones, huge ones and more traditional ones. The selection of tableware and accessories is second to none. Staff is also very helpful and non-intrusive. A define "must visit."

Very helpful even with small orders. I called at noon to ask if I needed to pre order 3 balloons to pick up at 2pm and she said no but if I wanted to I could tell her what I wanted and have them made up so I don't have to wait when I show up. Very helpful and sweet lady who helped me on the phone. :)

Great customer service not a huge selection in stock except for their balloons. They have a great selection of balloons and are super creative with their creations. I always order any balloons I need from here. Great prices too! If you need matchings napkins, plates, cups, etc. They have a good selection of those as well.
