This store has a little bit of everything and at fantastic prices. The staff are always friendly and helpful as well. They also carry supplies for more exotic pets like reptiles which is awesome.

Unprofessional staff, they will sell you animals just for the sake of making cash by guilting you into it. Went to buy a hamster, they sold me two because "awww it would be a sin to separate them :''''(" and of course I was uninformed that hamsters aren't supposed to be together. They started fighting, gnawing at each other. Thanks! You're all uneducated. I'm scared to know why how many of your rodents are injured. TWICE you attempted to sell me injured rats. I do not want "a refund" when it dies. I bonded with my rat. Heartless staff looking for a quick buck.

Purchased 2 items.. when the sales clerk went in to the back they realized they had only had 1. Went back to the counter for a refund of the one product and was informed they do not do refunds! After a lengthy discussion with both sales clerks I was able to get my money back but only after I was told that the clerk would probably get yelled at by the owner for the refund... Will never support this business again. 1 for the lack of customer service and 2 for the leaving there with the knowledge that my rights to a refund was going to result in an employee getting in trouble

I bought two fancy goldfish yesterday for over $40. One of them had a broken fin, even missing one, so I asked for a $5 discount. We asked why he didn't have any melafix in the tank and instead of putting any in for him, she said "there would be some put in tonight." I ended up buying the fish understanding that he could die, so I bought the other small goldfish that was in the tank with him. I was not informed that fancy goldfish should not be in a tank with common goldfish like my comet. They did got along surprisingly, but I was told to put 3 goldfish in a small tank & they would survive with melafix. The fish died 4 hours after being in my tank, 5 minutes after I was just interacting with them. I called the store the next morning and they said it was MY fault, that is was the water and to bring in a sample to test. When I brought in my dead fish & the water sample, not a thing was done for me. I was simply told no refunds on fish. This is how they scam you for your money! Never buying from this pet store again.

What i love about this store is they have everything your dog or cat needs.went in a few days ago.looking for things for my fur baby oreo cookie.thats a neckname everyone got stuck on him but really his name is oreo.cause his black & white just like a ???? lol.the workers here are very nice & friendy workers.if your looking for something for your fur baby you will find it here..

Was charged more than we were quoted for a terrarium. And almost over charged for a heat mat the following day but I caught it before it was put through. They do have a really great selection, though, and friendly/knowledgeable staff but keep a close eye on what you're paying for.

Not happy with the service they pulled the penny code of conduct with me on a fish and would not sale me the fish for the marked price I said I was going to call someone the owner got mad with me and told me to leave the store and accused me of making threats I'm never going back there again.
