I am there around 3 pm .the lady who was in the changing room needs to learn some manners and customers service skills . I just asked is there any way i can try this i was not at all mad for this that they dont have change room . I know u guys put ur stuff on sale and ppl prefer it that doesnt mean u disrespect ur customer . We all work in a same boat but u guys need to learn how to talk . I often come to ur store to but clothes but after this no way And i am complaining about this to headoffice

Staff are never welcoming and are always talking behind the counter talking, I always welcome myself into the fitting rooms. And they have lost a lot of womans wear to kids clothing. I love gap as a company but this store is lacking

I have shopped here quite a bit. Staff are usually pretty good. Clothes are a bit pricey regular price but generally always on sale one way or another. My daughter likes the clothes here so generally I can find a gift for her when I visit.

Google says store closes at 10:30pm. My daughters and I walked in 5 mins to 6 pm. Shortly after an associate tells us they close in 3 mins changing rooms are closed. Ok we looked at shirts quickly. My daughters found one fast and looking for proper size. The cash registers were busy giving a bit more time, then again the associate says were are closed. I said theres ppl at the cash anyway we are looking for a size, no offer to help pick out sizing. Another associate standing there rudly says "we are closed, like now" I put the 2 things my daughter had wanted to purchase down on the closest shelf and proceeded to walk out. She then yells at us half way to the door "bye, thank you for coming!, have a nice night!" Very Rude young ladies working there who obviously have 0 customer service skills

I've liked the jeans that I've gotten there, but don't buy the T-shirts. Bought two of the same brand. I washed and dried then and one shrunk from a large to med size (while the other was completely fine). Went to return it, and they wouldn't accept a return or exchange. "too bad" basically.

Often has great sales. My pet peeve is that they don't have mirrors inside the fitting rooms. Mirrors are hung on the outside of the fitting rooms so you have to open the door to check for fit and style.

Went shopping in here a few days ago, the store was a mess. The employees need to look like employees. They were dressed like slobs and I over heard one of them insulting a shopper under their breath. Well you chose to work here, deal with the costumers! 2 employees in the store and no one was asking anyone if they needed help, no "Hello, how are you today?" from the employees. Then as I was leaving the store, a shopper was standing at the counter waiting to be checked out and an employee stomped over, no smile, just rolled their eyes and checked that customer out. I left the store at this point. Hire polite employees, and please clean up the store. Not shopping here again.

Not satisfied with service of the Blue Notes store in Guelph at Stone Rd Mall Bought an item as Chrismas gift and asked about return policy at the time. Asked for gift receipt which I was given. Was told I could exchange with org receipt if I was doing the exchange, which I had and now being told I cannot do a size exchange because the org price tag was not with the item. Who leaves price tags on gifts. Poor customer Service !!! Will not purchase from this store again !!! Was honored the exchange in kitchener !!!

Very mean employees didn’t bother to listen to the customer and started saying can’t accept a product return.Manager was rude as well never coming back to this store again. I purchased a jeans 10 days ago and threw away the receipt as I had no intentions to return it back but my friend insisted to take a photo so I had one purchase proof. just after wearing it one time I noticed a hole near the back pocket thus I washed it as it was worn and straight came to exchange the jeans at store . Employee there started arguing without even listening to me.i had to calm her down and explain the story so she calls the manager bad she was no different. Giving reasons as you purchased it on a lower price, u could have ripped it, lower price so no quality guarantee and all and didn’t care to fulfill my request of straight exchange. Very disappointed of the customer service received I left that jeans on their desk and would not recommend this store.

Worst experience I have ever experienced at a store in my life. She attacked me over business that was not to be talked about anymore or at a store when I'm shopping there and than made me cry and leave the store because her and another employee were being very disrespect. The girl that was taking to me at the store is the manager Sammy. She doesn't deserve to have a job if she can't be professional and accusing me of things that didn't even happen and telling my friend my business and than later on screamed at me down the mall attacking me more verbally.

I went in the other day and was in the store for probably close to 10 minutes. Not one of the 4 staff working said hello or acknowledged me in any way and I was the only customer present. All 4 staff were standing chatting behind the checkout counter and one was even on her phone. I tried to indicate that I needed help with a higher up sweater and was ignored. I ended up leaving because of the bad service.

I bought several items at this location. I never got the ladies name yet she was extremely helpful. As well as that the store was well organized, for example the sweaters were the smallest size to the largest. I'd recommend you go to this Blue Notes over the one in the Village Mall or Avalon Mall

Had a terrible experience with the manager today. My husband bought a pair shorts the sign said 50 percent off. When he came out of the store I asked him what the price was and he said $10. Yes it's only $10 but when clearly there is a sign saying 50 percent off whether expired or not you honor that price and take the old sign down. Well she didn't and argued with tried to make feel terrible when clearly I was right and she was wrong. She then went on to tell me that she kindly asks me not to come back to the store. I'm fine with that I will definitely not be going back to that store. I will take my business elsewhere where I am treated properly as a customer and by the store employee's. She should not be any kind of manager in my opinion. Very terrible experience.

My wife and I were recently browsing in the store and she saw some pants that we bought for our son with special needs. Nice pants, but unfortunately they were too short. When we returned them, we were very disappointed to find out that they don't give refunds, so we had to use a store credit to buy something that we really didn't want that cost $5 less than the store credit (we took the loss on the $5). I guess that we should have asked about the return policy before shopping, or just shop on Amazon!! Won't shop at Bluenotes again.

I usually am not one to leave a review or go out of my way... but the past few times I have been in the Medicine Hat mall and went to Bluenotes I have been blown away by the staff and not in a good way. I have never got greeted and half the time walk out without anything being said to me. Today I walked in while the worker was at the till with her back to the front they never saw me come in at all. I got my things and had to walk to the back to ask her for a fitting room. Not once did i get asked how things were fitting nothing. I then found what I liked went to the till while the worker was at the front doing something.. I stood at the till with my son and waited about five minutes once the worker saw they came back but I ended up leaving. I did come back as it was all I found that I had liked that day but the past few times being in Bluenotes as far as it goes customer service I have been disappointed.

Are you kidding me, I come to the counter with the clothes folded the way I want with tags sticking out for the cashier, she takes my purchases unfolded them and proceeds to refold them her way, as she gives them back to me I proceed to fold them the way I want them fold, she yanks the clothing out of my hand and tells me I can fold them how I want at home. I told her to keep the clothes and left. Really nice customer service, will never shop there again.

The return policy is terrible, the change rooms are closed and do not give a refund only exchange or credit. I guess due to COVID you can not try on although other stores have change rooms open. So you can not try on and if it doesn’t fit to bad. Will not darken there doors again.

Horrible experience. Very racist manager and assistant manager. They don't deserve the job. The manager lady is too rude to customers and the supervisor boy too . Other employees are good. But had very bad experience with my friends. We had heard many other complaints about the manager but still went to the store because of great deals but we will not go again. First of all, I would give a zero rating if this was an option!! I had a horrible experience at this store, I went to try on some cloths in the changing room, my mask came off while I was in the room changing, the manager (Chelsea) peeps into the room and says "you need to have your mask on all the time", I told her that I'm just changing and my mask came off! She then immediately threatened to call security without giving me a chance to put my mask on! I told her that this is not a way to talk to a customer, I totally understand the importance of masks. Chelsea and her other colleague were rude to the other customer that was in the changing room as well. I would never go back there again, Chelsea (The Manager) needs to be trained how to talk and treat customers!! Rude, horrible staff!! Stay away from the store!!

Went in shopping for a sweater the changerooms were locked. I asked what the return policy was. The woman working said that is store credit or exchange only. I said that didn't seem fair as she had the change room locked. The woman working said they were locked for black Friday because they were so busy. Black Friday was over a week ago and there was currently only one other customer in the store. She then said she wasn't sure when they would be unlocked. Definitely won't be going back. Super shady store.

I had a horrible experience shopping here this afternoon with my niece. The staff were rude and unhelpful pushing swiffers in front of patrons and getting mad at the patrons afterwards. They were too busy talking amongst themselves and complaining about the job to actually serve the customers in the store. Only one staff member took the time to smile and aknowledge our being in the store;kinsley. I will shop at other locations in future as this location seems to hire only lazy,dissatisfied grumps.
