For Valentines day i ordered a fragrant floral bouquet full of lilies and wildflowers for my girlfriend to be delivered in the afternoon... what showed up was carnations and mums (pictured) which came in the morning. Granted it was V-Day and they were very busy. I called twice and was told i would get a call back which did not come. At 4:59 I called a 3rd time and was told they would correct the mistake and send a replacement the following day... which did not show, the 3rd day after they were closed due to stock. The 4th day she did get a bouquet and i appreciate that they did deliver what i was after, but it would have been so much better to have at least given me a call and update the progress. The flowers pictured were $100 arrangements including delivery...

Have been remotely purchasing arrangements from this florist for years, having them delivered to my family locally, and have always been happy with the results when my family shared pictures of the final product. This year, I called ahead to order two arrangements for pickup, as I would be arriving in town late Dec.23 and wanted to pick them up Dec.24. One bouquet was as expected, but the other did not seem as full as the picture showed online, and although this bouquet was more expensive, the cheaper one seemed much nicer. When I indicated disappointment at the appearance of the more expensive arrangement, staff took the bouquet back and added flowers and greenery to make it appear much nicer, at no additional cost. Another happy customer will be back.

Lovely flowers but delivery needs work. Missed delivering flowers to my daughter on the day her first book was published… Ordered Friday, arrived Monday. Apparently no one went in on Saturday so Friday orders weren’t checked ????‍♂️ Lesson learned. CALL SHOP DIRECTLY.

Paid $200 for a bouquet to be delived and asked for a picture of the flowers and a copy of the reciept to be sent to me. Took the money never got the photo or the reciept. I hope the flowers got to the funeral?? I would put a picture up if I had one.

Ordered a VERY last minute bouquet for Mother’s Day. Took my order and prepared an amazing bouquet for my mother the very next morning. Even when I called to complain (which wasn’t justified) she provided amazing customer service and was immediately ready to fix whatever concerns I had. Even though there were no issues, I jumped the gun before the flowers were unwrapped. Amazing customer service and beautiful flowers. Highly recommend.

Ordered 2 Vased Arrangements for April 2020. The first one was a bunch of Pink Roses, Pink Lilies, babies and grass. It looked really good i was statisfied with this one. The second bunch was with two dozens of Red Roses, white lilies, babies, grass and Pearls. I must say im very dissapointed with this constellation. The lilies were pinched and squeezed into the bunch of roses and looked like rockets, the lilies missed the purpose to highlight the Roses. I also was dissapointed that there were no pearls which I paid and were listed on my bill. The flowers were ready to pick up in time. Paid over $250 for only one bouquet.

Worst customer service ever, so kind at the beginning and when finished paying they started showing their true face, instead of helping customers blaming customers,and the flower that was received has nothing to do with what described, never buying from THE FLOWER HUT again

Sorry, but I have to give a thumbs down on my order. Ordered an arrangement to be delivered on the first of November for a 65th birthday, (kind of a special day), the order was "accidentally" delivered a week early. Very disappointed ????.

I have been ordering flowers for my mom for quite some years now. This year I wanted to send my mom a nice Christmas bouquet. I usually pick the deal of the day but this time I went with an actually Christmas bouquet. I picked the deluxe version this time. It was roughly $90 after taxes. Well, this bouquet was anything but deluxe. At first, it made me very sad to see what my mom actually got and then I was upset that I paid $90 for something that looked nothing like what I paid for. I called the store, and explained to them the situation and how upset I was at the flowers my mom received for what I paid. I sent a picture of what I ordered and they agreed that what she got looked nothing like what I ordered. They however did mention that the pictures shown are actually displayed with all the flowers to the front of the picture, which I found strange but sure. In any event, they immediately said they would rectify the situation and send her new flowers the next morning. I assumed they would put a little bit more thought into the new bouquet they were going to send her. She received her new flowers within 45 minutes. My mom then sent me another picture of the flowers she received. Again, it didn't even look close to what I paid for. By this point, I didn't feel like calling the store to complain again as it was a couple days before Christmas and I just didn't feel like having another negative discussion about it. Anyway, she ended up getting two bouquets which I guess would have been worth the $90 together but the first bouquet definitely wasn't. I've attached a picture of what I ordered and pictures of what she was sent for reference. The one beside the website picture was the first bouquet she got. the third picture is the re-do. I just want people to be aware that what you see online is not necessarily what you are going to get for what you pay. Next time I will have my Dad go and pick something out on my behalf rather than order online.
