Make sure to take plenty of pictures of the vehicle before driving off lot, and review existing damage section of contract carefully. They tried to blame me for a collision because of pre-existing paint peeling near bumper. Note we declined their insurance. I'm sure some renters get rooked by this scam and the company gets free maintenance courtesy of customer's insurance policies.

Called about renting a car. Could hardly understand the foreign accent. Said they would call me back about the car rental which i wanted to book and never got a call back. Didnt seem to have a clue what i was talking about. Take your money else where..

I highly recommend renting your next car at Enterprise, FSJ. I was picked up and delivered back at the hotel, received good and easy to understand information on the different choices of insurance, price was as agreed upon from the beginning, all in all a great, friendly and punctual service.

My first time renting with enterprise! I originally wanted a car, cause it was cheaper. But when I showed up they only had pickup trucks. So they gave me a brand new Chevy Silverado for the same cost of a car! It was clean, and very safe for our long drive to Edmonton. The staff was helpful and went out of there way to make sure we were happy. I will be coming back!

Be careful leaving them your credit card number, they messed up and charged something to me that should have been charged to insurance and it's been 10 days that have been "working on it" but no refund has been issued. Annoyed, wish I would have done a cash deposit.

Ben was very helpful. Sent a courtesy message making sure everything was going good. Rental went very smoothly. I even brought vehicle back 3 days early and they reimbursed those days with ease. Would definitely rent from them again.

The lady we dealt with was very friendly and helpful, very good experience. We didn't have any issues with the branch. Enterprise as a company though has a poor inventory management system (I bet it is couple of decades old and has never bothered updating it to 21st century) since on their site for example it shows they have mid-size SUV and we booked it but when we showed up they did not have any available which tells me they practically do not have a proper inventory management system that could tell them what vehicles are available at any point in time so they let customers book whatever vehicle type they prefer/need and when they customer shows up Enterprise give the customer whatever vehicle they have available and since most customers have plans that they cannot change, they have no choice but accepting whatever vehicle they can get.

Rented a car from Enterprise for an impromptu road trip - paid for the cheapest car they had and they gave me a free upgrade to a brand new Impala with all the bells and whistles, and then gave me a coupon for another free upgrade on my next rental when I got back! It was my first time renting a car and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I arrived at the airport location to pick up my car and it was waiting outside for me, already warmed up and ready to go. The staff member (sorry, I forget your name!) went over the car with me, showed me where an existing rock chip was, and showed me a few features. On return, I let them know that I was bringing it back in good condition, no further damage, and with more gas than when it started, and they gave me a rebate based on how much gas there was. The company I work for also rents trucks from Enterprise for work, and the 2017 F-150 I've got right now is pretty great to drive.

My wife was provided with a rental vehicle while hers is being repaired. Courteous, helpful, competent staff. Quick service. Location is a little hard to find if you don't know the town very well. Enterprise comes and picks you up, so location isn't really a problem. I have always thought Enterprise Vehicle rentals to be one of the better rental agencies. Never had any issues.

The online reservation system accepted my info and booked a car for me. The next day I got a call from the local office advising there were no cars available. I arrived in the GFW area and visited their office to let them know I was in town and needed a car. Still no car.. However a short while later I received a call. They were able to provide a car, so thanks to the GFW office for their help in making my trip to the area much better than it would have been without a car. Great service and thank you for your help.

I must say a big thank you to Shawn,he was very help full in getting me a car to rent during my stay in fort st john staying at the hotel,i was offer for the car to be drop off at the hotel. he was on time and provide me with all information as to where the car must be returned after my 3 days rental was done. bravo Shawn,good customer service.

Reserved a pickup. Came to location to find 0 vehicles. They said "sorry we don't have anything. Might have a van in the next day or 2". Left me stranded in Fsj with no vehicle. Had to go to the one at the airport where they gave me a golf cart, I had to leave some of my things behind. Postponed my trip by a day. I also recommend placing a sticker on the back of the car that says enterprise, driving a car with Quebec plates through BC and Alberta wasn't my favorite activity.

My partner had a rental for a full month from them while his car was getting fixed from an accident. Service was great, quick and easy. The car they gave him though had all season tires on, and in a Newfoundland winter studs are definitely needed. The car got stuck at stop signs, traffic lights, parking lots, in our flat drive way, slid around multiple times on the highway even with driving with majorly reduced speeds. He feared multiple times for his life while driving that vehicle. And the only reason I see why they don’t have studded tires is because of cost, they cheaped out. Even the loaner car from the garage that he has now because the rental was up has studded tires. Not impressed at all. Do not recommend a rental from them in the winter time.

We rent a car here regularly, and despite the flight arriving on time and the rental being pre-arranged, there is always a 20-30 minute wait for the car to arrive. It should be simple to have the car ready when the flight arrives.
