NEW REVIEW: Today I went to T&T Communications to resolve my matter of an incorrectly hooked up Samsung Watch Active2 and the manager told me that he essentially did not care that his employees do not know what they're doing. It is no wonder that the sales reps are so ignorant & uneducated on the processes of their job. Kimberly is absolutely rude and if she is in fact part of the management team, she should be fired and given a horrible reference in all future career endeavors.
