I had some serious rock damage to the windshield on my Expedition from driving the Alaska Highway. Unfortunately some of the damage was right in the driver's critical vision area. I didn't want to replace the windshield because I was only one forth of my way into a round trip from Alaska. I stopped by All-West Glass and asked them if they could do something to at least clean it up so that it would be less distracting. They got my truck into the shop immediately and had the repair done in about 30 minute. John did an outstanding job on a crack that was actually to big to repair, but he made it mostly transparent & I can now finish my trip to Philly and put off replacing the windshield until I get back to Anchorage What an awesome team!

Had my driver's window smashed out while on holidays so I came to all-west glass to have a new window installed, once they got the window installed the sensor had malfunctioned so they spent 1.5 hours messing with it and replaced the sensor twice trying to fix the issue and never charged me for their time or the sensors. I really wish more businesses acted in such a fashion by putting their customer first before the bottom dollar I highly recommend this competent and friendly business their awesome and great to deal with.

After getting a big ding in the windshield driving up the AlCan, we found All-West on a Saturday morning. They took care of us immediately, without any more than a 30 minute wait. Geminie was so generous and kind to us - she didn't even charge!! Not promising that would be her approach to other customers, but this lady has a big heart and deserves your business. We carried on our way and got cheap gas at the gas station she was kind enough to recommend. It is rare to find the kindness of strangers, but we talked about Geminie the rest of the drive that day. We also crossed a river a few 100 KM later over the Bougie river and wondered if her family doesn't have deep roots in this area. Thanks for the friendship, Geminie!
