I upgraded to a higher model refrigerator as the features the Brick advertised made the upgrade seem like good value. As it turned out, their advertising materials were wrong. They assured me that they would make it right and order parts to meet the specifications they advertised. I gave up after following up several times over 4 months. They only care about the sale and not about customer service. The Brink will never see another penny of mine.

bought furniture from this people and also paid extra money to extended warranty of the product. My couch broke down in six month. since last 6 week following for warranty coverage. They did replace the damage piece with new one but it is not the same piece of set replacing with chep one . When we request for the same piece to be replace than we were told manufacture not making the same one like u have so we can't do anything about it.....u have to deal with manufacture. Quality and customer service is sucks...... it is not worth for your hardworking money to buy from this guys.... i was told to read all the term and condition before to take any warranties which include 5 page of agreement in small later ( which is hard to read ) need 30 min to understand if you are lawyer , not easy for regular customer to understand double wording language.

They ordered the cheaper option, I will not accept this carboard . Delivery company mistake for one, making me wait all day, 2 by not having my item loaded, 3 for having to leave and retrieve this from timberlea. Reordered and now I wait till january for my item. Day of delivery, item is here but on a truck whoo claimed i wasnt home. I am getting a refund. Never again.

Terrible! Wanted to purchase a dishwasher. Saleslady did not know the products, what additional attachments were requires to hook it up, and her strong foreign accent made her hard to understand. As well she seemed to have difficulty understanding our english. We'll be reluctant to ever go to this store again!

This is probably the worst place to shop for anything in Fort McMurray . Every time we go in we have yet to be helped by anyone. Yet, the sales people are lounging around on the couches in the middle of the store. It's not my job to come and find you. I'd rather pay more elsewhere than support this business. We don't have a lot of options here, but I would definitely go out of my way to not buy anything here.

Never ever buy anyhthing from Bricks... These People are thieve. They damaged my stuff during delivey and now saying they can't do anything once they have delivered. I have buy microwave from there last month and it's not working from 1st day and they are saying I have to either use my warranty or contact Samsung people to fix it... Their manager and supervisor and specially general sales manger (never ever trust him) have no respect for there customers and sales persons are not providing enough information about warranty and delivery. I will suggest to buy from somewhere else or from edmonton. It's better to pay for delivery charge from edmonton than regretting.

Got a call once saying they were 5 minutes away and I wasn’t there in time to Receive it, then had to wait an extra week to receive it again so basically No courtesy call to inform you hours before that it was going to be delivered and when it finally came, some Products were damaged so now I have a mattress and box spring laying on the floor because I can’t get the bed put together, an overall disappointing experience.

Paid for delivery and set up, however, they refused to set it up. Left all of the garbage in our driveway for us to take to the dump. When they left and we looked at the machines we recieved we noticed they were a cheaper model than what we were shown in store. After numerous attempts to receive comment or response from the store manager we still have heard nothing back.

The sales person offered free delivery for the bookcase I bought, wasn't just free but I already purchased other items from the store and delayed for a long time. When I went to the counter denied by the customer service unless I pay extra for the delivery. I have seen her going to the manager to ask. Then I requested to see the manager. When I go inside he didn't even care to look at me while talking to me. Very careless and no professional manner. I have never seen any manager or supervisor who talk to customers in a rude manner. He was very rude talking to me and by being ignorant. Spoke to few friends about the store, since we don't have many options in Fort McMurray we were forced to go there. But none of us wanted to go back again. The brick need to put wiser experienced people rather than an aloof manager who doesn't know how to treat or talk to customers.

My wife and I have been customers at the Brick since 2015. Even though Fort McMurray has limited options in regards to furniture stores, The Brick still strives to earn your business . Our most recent purchase led us to share our positive experience. We were looking for a modern yet affordable couch/sectional. Upon arriving at the store we were welcomed by staff who courteously provided their services to my wife and I. We asked for some time to review our options prior to speaking to them. They allowed us some time to look around without feeling any pressure. We decided not to buy that particular day due to our kids crying but they told us they would hold the price for when we came back . We returned 3 days later and even though their prices had increased, they still honored their price. We were so impressed we also purchased a 3 piece coffee table set. They actually delivered 3 days after our purchase which was great. Our current sectional has a tear and pen marks from the kids and it appears once they view it the warranty will come into action .This reaffirmed my on going loyalty to The Brick of Fort McMurray.

Very good service in store, but HORRIBLE delivery service- wrong dates, no shows and 4 separate deliveries for 1 order, which means waiting around 4 separate Saturdays as I work. Also, product has arrived damaged and boxes muddy. No change in service after promises from the store manager. Avoid the Brick if you can.

Go in and see Chad Brown. He is a VERY friendly person. Always customer conscious(as in he will look to find what YOU need and not PUSH u into a sale). He believes in the fact that if u treat ur customers right they will come back and see u. I've dealt with Chad for many years. Very knowledgeable with all the products, and if u listen closely...he will always tell u that if ur product is out of stock he cannot guarantee a date. I know this a huge problem that people get mad about. Unfortunately we cannot control what's available and whats not. The Brick seems to always have a bad rap. Dont worry this fella will tell ya how it is. Just bought an accent chair, it was available and no damages. 30 day price guarantee, and if u change ur mind on buying that warranty...30 days as well.

I purchased a bed frame and waited two months with no update. I finally went back to the store and they said they couldn't guarantee when the bed would come. They offered to let me reselect and match the price to a different bed. When it came down to it they then said it couldn't be a 'buyers best' bed.. but all the beds in the store are 'buyers best'. So really they ended up doing nothing to help me and gave me my money back. Waste of time and money and very poor customer service!

I purchased Crib from Brick and used my credit (Product Insurance) towards payment on 30th July 2020 and it was promised at end of week it will be ready to pickup. Today its already 13 days but till now did not get my crib. When I called Brick they told me your credit is still not cleared and payment is not processed and it will take few more days. Last year i had good experience with Brick but now What type of service I am getting , its really shameful . I think Its time to stop buying thing from Brick and move to some other store.

Fantastic salesman Bill. However, trying to get the product is a complete disaster. Told delivery for a day in January. Call to inquire about the delivery only to be told it is tentatively pushed until first week of February. Which then I am told can get pushed further back. How are you selling products that you cannot even deliver on? You have no issues taking our money right away but when it comes to delivery on your end it's really anyone's guess. Will be requesting a refund and taking my business elsewhere.

My family and I went to The Brick during a move for delivery, furnishing etc.. During this time we experienced a fight in front of us between employees and they also promised to assemble our furniture upon delivery but did not live up to this. They left us with unassembled furniture and a room full of garbage and cardboard. When trying to pay off our Credit card at The Brick, unknowledgeable sales associates told us information completely different from information given to us prior by other unknowledgeable associates. If you need to take back a mattress because it has sunk, the coils actually malfunctioned, you have to have their person come in and inspect it. Once that is done they evaluate what percentage of loss you have.

They did the assembly for my living rooms and my bedroom plus all the garbage was taken away! What a nice service. I only had to do my office. I've bought a higher end kitchen aid fridge and the ice maker stopped working and also it leeks water onto my hardwood floors. they've outsourced the warranty work. a representative came took a look and said he'd order the parts and be back to repair it. that was a month ago. we've called and left massages on the answering machine just wanting to know some kind of timeline and have gotten no response. costco delivers to your door and take care of there own warranty. the brick has not been a good experience. makes me frustrated. i will not buy anything from them again

This store is a joke, I have no idea how these people are still in business. Other then that they are the only major furniture seller in Fort McMurray. Everything I have bought from them I either had to wait 2 months longer then they say or I had to ship it back because it showed up damaged. I would give them a half a star is google allowed it. Joke store joke service. I will spend hundreds more elsewhere to save my headaches.

I wish there was a way to publish this with a half star and give the brick credit for a very prompt delivery. Apart from that, yesterday my bedroom furniture came and they refused to set it up and just drove away. The delivery drivers were 2 Caucasian guys one in their late 20s and the other i would say in 40s. They refused to set up the bed and headboard and footboard set and apart from that my headboard and footboard were 2 different colours!!! I'm totally outraged amd would not recommend to anyone.. EVER!!!!!

A big thank you to the manager of The Brick on 19 Riedel Street, Fort McMurray, Mr. Ira Elliott! I would like to share my experience I had today. After three hours of wasting my day with Samsung and The Brick in Edmonton where I purchased a washing machine nine months ago for my rental property in Fort Mc. These two stores refused to answer my questions on my warranty. So I decided to contact Mr. Elliott and I was so blown away by his professionalism!! He was very patient, and a great listener. After ten minutes my problem and my tenant's was solved. Mr. Elliott, thank you! If anyone deserves to be a manager, it's you! I would definitely recommend this Brick outlet. Advertising fridges with store credit then fine printing only 2 of the 9 options to qualify for it is so so dirty...Not to mention not one delivery has been without a damage, this time inch deep holes in the wall...

This is the worse place in town, I would advise you to order online with someone else. Your items never arrive in a timely fashion…. And delivery is the worse, I do understand that things happen with delivery times, but when do have a window time and no one calls, or tells you that your time has been changed, poor customer service. Also when you do call they can’t give you a estimated time… they tell you that you are required to stay home all day and wait!!! I will definitely be purchasing all my future purchases else’s where!! So if you choose the Brick… I’m advising you now be prepared for poor service.

On June 7, 2016 I ordered all new appliances plus a dresser and A/C. The dresser and the A/C were to be delivered on June the 9 after waiting all day and being told they were on the truck they did not arrive until June 10. Now for the fun part. The appliances were to arrive today June the 24, so before I disconnected the old ones I called the Brick on June 22 to make sure that everything was in and was coming on the 24. Great I say it is all in and will be here today, so last night we disconnect the old getting ready for the new. This morning I receive a call from the delivery guys and they tell me they don't have the dryer or the dishwasher. I don't know why I was already told they were here. I call the Brick and am now told they are on back order and won't be here for three more weeks. Had I have known I would have kept my old washer and dryer until the new ones were here, what good is a washer without the dryer. Still waiting for a call from the manager. By the way the only thing I can say right now nice about the store is the sales person Bill was great.

For once we weren't followed around by every sales person in the store! My parents needed a new washer and dryer. Mom had grabbed me after work with my 18 month son in tow. She and I dealt with Dennis. Mom and Dad needed info on their machines. I needed info on box springs. I was able to change out of my work clothes in the bathroom which btw both the men's and women's washrooms have change stations according to their signs. I followed my son around the store and we weren't regreeted or followed around by other sales folks. This was the most pleasant experience we have had at the Brick. We recently moved to Fort McMurray and bought all of our furniture at The Brick. My experience wasnt the greatest. But I never really had time to write my experience or my feedback. My husband and I went there last night just to give this place another shot. We are the type of people that are very easy going. Almost to a fault. We went in there to buy a bed. When we walked in, straight away we went to go look at the beds. We had a sales person follow us, I cant remember her name but I think it was Anna or Annabelle. Which is understandable. She introduced herself and we told her we are just looking around but we will come find you once we are done. So we walked away to look at some more. Well, this is where everything went weird. She would follow us, literally breathing down our necks. We love our personal space, so I told my husband let's look at a couple more things (nightstands) and then we will come back to the beds. Well, we thought she had left only to turn around the corner to find her right there. So I said to my husband I know sales make comission and all but I dont understand following someone to the point you are stalking them. So I left it alone again. She just stood there and stared at us. We then went back over to the beds. She then I guess followed us all the way back over (keep in mind we were by the tv's). Then as we were standing there I just lean back to see around a shelf and she had poked her head around and was just staring at us. Not a word from her. I made a few comments, but to no avail, she still stood there. I mentioned to a guy who worked there having a smoke outside, what happened and to provide feedback. But I highly doubt the feedback was brought back. To be honest... I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life . For my husband to even make a comment that it was creepy, said alot. We have spent so much money there, and after this situation, which made us feel like a criminal. I won't be going there anymore.

Do NOT shop at this Brick (or any Brick) This location, without notifying us, voided over $1000 worth of items and kept hundreds of dollars of ours. They did not inform us until almost 5 weeks later, on the delivery day, that the items to be delivered were voided (even though they were paid for). The Brick did not and has not returned our full sum of money. Special mention of Nichol and Blake for having no customer relations skills and handling the situation poorly. Feb 1 2021- Update We still have not received our furniture or a return of funds. The manager, Blair, did not reply to my email. I replied to the customer service comment below which also has had no reply. Do Not Shop Here. Feb 10 2021 - Update The Brick has not replied to me personally. The BBB did get in contact with them. The Brick acknowledged it owes us hundreds but when we tried to go for our refund it was not available. Customer service, the actual store, and Brick social media accounts have not been helpful or even replied. Once again a reminder to NOT shop here.

Do Not purchase your stuff from this location (Fort McMurray) , My husband and I purchase our couches (recliner, including bed sets and dresser and night stand and coffee tables) , their service at the beginning was great, they got the money and we have been told that we will get our dresser , mirror and night stands within 2 to 3 weeks since they were on back order , unfortunately they called us and they said the couches postponed another 2 weeks ! being said that, the other stuff only ( mirrors and night stand and dresser) arrived but nothing else. On the delivery date, they just through the stuff and they didn't even UNBOX them ! till we went to the store , then realized it was the sales person fault ! the manager had to gave the installation for FREE ! the manager promised us that he will send someone to install them for us ! however he broke his promises ! even he is a manager ! Right? so its been 4 weeks and he hasn't take care of this small issue. Today we had a couch delivery, only ONE PIECE has been arrived ! and Whenever you call the store , the staff keep saying , leave your phone number and we will call you in few min, and they never call you back ! Even their manager ! How they are suppose to make their sales when they have a zero customer service ? they are not even reliable in terms of the delivery !!!! *** So people ! do not get fool by their sales prices, it is much better if you purchase from other places rather than BRICK ! ******

Is there a rating less than one star? Ordered a mattress online, confirmed at time of purchase a pick up date of the 4th. Went to check on the status three days before pickup and it’s on back order until the 18th. No email, no phone call nothing. I’m not sleeping on the floor for two weeks so I try to cancel the order, of course you have to call the store. Call the store and of course, they can’t process a refund on the phone, you have to come in. Kind of defeats the purpose of shopping online doesn’t it? Once someone finally was able to help me (the one lady was busy helping another customer with another delivery screw up) at the customer “care” centre, she was very polite and apologized but I am still on the hunt for another mattress aren’t I. Won’t be trying to purchase it at the Brick I can promise you that.

I told them when I bought it that my disabled father would be the only one home and I made sure to ask if we needed to do anything. They said if I pay extra it would be 100% taken care of from start to finish. I made sure to double check because my father can’t go down stairs and they would have to take care of it without any guidance. I was told this would be fine. Well it turns out the old washer and dryer have to be disconnected and sanitized before hand. Which I totally understand but it wasn’t mentioned so clearly not done. The delivery guys refused to install the new ones and take the old ones. They just dropped them off. Which is not what I paid for. My husband ended up installing the new ones and got the old ones ready to go. Even though the sales person told me this would hurt my warranty if it wasn’t “professionally” installed. When I called the brick and asked for a refund on the install fee I paid and for them to come back. They said no to the refund and the guys will be back in 3 days for the new ones. Then when I asked to speak to a manager and I was told the manager would call me back later. Well I didn’t get a call so I called back two days later to confirm pick up of the old washer and dryer. The girl on the phone said her manager can give me $50 back for the inconvenience because they forgot to book the pick up for the next day and now it won’t be until the Friday which was two extra days. So I said okay. Friday comes and no one shows up. I call and I’m told no one knows what happened and why no one came and the drivers are done for the day and they will come the next day. Thankfully the guys showed up and took them finally but this has to be the worst customer service I have ever received in this town. The manager couldn’t even take two seconds to listen to my concerns. And once they already have you’d money they don’t care. I was going to use them to refurnish my living room but I’ll be looking elsewhere. I had a bad experience with them a few years ago and I regret giving them a second chance. These are the kind of sales people that give sales people a bad name. Do better.

Like most of the businesses in Fort Mac, they hold their customers hostage. They know that Edmonton is 5-6 hours away and people dont have a lot of choice or time to shop anywhere else. CUSTOMER SERVICE is always a joke. The actual delivery guy is always great, but there is always that one person you talk to on the phone, that always rude, thinks that they are god and can do no wrong and that the rest of us can wait for days for normal scheduling info and if we don't like we can just pay double.....Their furniture is good .....sometimes we have to pay a little more for basic services and sometimes you get lucky and things are good.

Usually Fort Mac is renowned for lousy service but this was not my experience with the Brick this time, which prompted me to write this review. If you ever need anything I would highly recommend Emmanual Bargeboe as a sales associate. He helped me to find the best deal on a queen matress set for my money and because I had no way of getting it to my place, he loaded it in his personal truck immediately and personally delivered it to my place. It is people like this that restore my faith in customer service in Fort Mac and if I ever need something from the Brick I will definitely ask for him by name. From point of sale to a new matress at my place was 15-20 min. 6 out of 5 stars for over and above price and customer service, very impressed with Emmanual. Keep up the good work Emmanual, good job!

Worst service I ever received. I couldn't even get hold of customer service even on weekdays. I had to keep a dresser I purchased because they could not replace it. everytime I called I just got the run around. I will not be shopping there again. 5 star for Natasha. She was instrumental in all of our purchases. She helped us to get best prices available and did order amendments for us multiple times happily with free delivery (sometimes over phone). We are very impressed with her style of working, very easy! She was (and is) very responsive over phone. I knocked off one star for items availability at this store. As per my experience so far, you pay for some products which were showing delivery date next month but eventually you will have to wait for more than 6 months for product to be available. The delivery dates will keep on changing every month, very frustrating! However Bricks is happy because you paid all the money and it will easily put all blame on supplier or something else! Ultimately you are stuck and you will have no option other than selecting other available (non-selling) product or ask (politely) for refund after waiting so many months! Another star knocked off for my experience with some other management people working in there. They need to improve their rude behaviour. I didn’t knock any star for Bricks credit card (it is provided by Desjardins, Quebec). My problem is there is NO transaction history available in online account (come on! this is digital world). I am totally blind how much I paid and did they account for my refunds/multiple purchase adjustments. It just shows total balances in weird way, that’s it! Now I avoid using it.

While shopping for a refrigerator a brick salesperson told me they would beat any competitors price by an extra 20 percent of the difference between prices. When I came back in with a price from Costco that included free delivery the salesman refused to match that price. I then asked to speak with the manager, who would not even come speak to me. Instead he instructed his salesman that the only way they would match the price is if I purchased a $419 dollar warranty. Again I insisted to speak to the manager, who finally same to speak to me and proceeded to insist that he would not match the Costco price because they were not a competitor, and because he insisted they charged $300 dollar delivery. I then went home and ordered from Costco. Surprise surprise, free delivery. I am unsure what the point of having such a policy is if one is unwilling to actually follow it. Seems like a good way to needlessly alienate customers.

I recently went into the Brick regarding warranty issues with my sofa I was greeted with a smile by operations supervisor Amanda she quickly brought up my invoice and allowed me to show her pictures of the damage and email them to her as I stood there. She put through the warranty claim Quickly and provided me with a date for a technician to come and inspect it all within 10 minutes. This has been the best service I have been provided at the brick and will continue to shop at the brick simply because of the service provided by operation supervisor Amanda. I purchased a TV from The Brick Fort McMurray just a little over a year ago. The service provided at the time of sale was great and the staff was attentive. We've since moved and now I'm having some issues with the TV itself. I called in the evening and was assisted by Candice S... she emailed me a copy of the original receipt plus some more information regarding the warranty I had purchased - INSTANTLY and provided great service. Each time I enter a retail store seeking assistance (rather than acting like an entitled child), I just treat the staff with respect. Its funny how this works, but if you remember that there is a human being helping you out... chances are you'll be treated as one as well. Try it out whiners!

The Most Expensive Microwave I never Bought. I purchased a microwave that I was supposed to be available for pickup 3 days later, which it was. Unfortunately, it had been dropped and dented so I had to return it that same morning. I was told that another would be ordered and would be available for pickup. I asked about them delivering a replacement as I had already invested my time into this transaction 3 times and was told no, "that is how it goes" and that that was my problem. I called the main store number that was on my invoice for customer service and had to leave a message. I then sent an email asking for a refund. I was not prepared to continue working with a company that seemed to think it was doing me a favour. A few days later I called the store again and found out that they do not read their emails when they are received. The lady on the phone read my email to me two days after it was sent after I directed her to do so. I went to this store for the fourth and final time a few days later after receiving no response to obtain my credit card refund. This is not a store, its a show room similar to Sears in that there is no stock on the premises. I enquired about buying a chair that was on the showroom floor while I was there the second time and was told it would take a month to provide it. A $200 fake leather chair was going to take a month to deliver! The good news is, Rona, another store in the same city, had the same microwave for the same price, in stock and ready for me to take it home immediately, and they offered to take it to my vehicle. One stop, one visit. If I want to do business with a catalogue, I can order online and I don't have to leave my home. Time is money for the customer to. The Brick seems to be unaware of this fact. I shop local when I can but this isn't my idea of local.

We ordered all new appliances on June 6th and they set the expectation that they would be here at the end on June. Bought a living room set from them five years ago, It took four months for them to deliver. Then the couch fell apart and had to be replaced under warranty, that took several months, then the replacement couch fell apart and needed to be replaced, then (yes I am serious) the third couch didn't last. The fourth one was delivered today with a hole in the back, for a grand total of four separate couches with quality issues. I recommend against buying anything for the Brick I would give 0 stars if possible.

They sent me a form to fill up in September 2018, filled it up with all the pictures of the damaged part. In store experience was good. On delivery of bed frame I was advised they wouldn’t set up. Called the store and they said the same. However, at time of sale this was a specific question regarding the bed and I was advised it would be set up and cardboard removed. Placed order for incoming bed. Came,but wasn't informed. I called a month later to find my purchase was voided, but not refunded. I went in and they claimed to have refunded me. After talking to 3 people, i got money back, and bought again. They charged $148 to deliver a twin mattress set. On delivery day, no one called. Finally got it delivered the next week after i harassed them. Nothing but a headache. Will never use them again.

First time purchasing from them received 3 fridges before I received one that was not destroyed. Second experience was no better. Purchased a couch set that came with no legs. Called and told them and when I asked how long it would take the response I got was i don't know, i'll call you when they're in! The attitude I received was unreal since I was very nice about the situation. Had to follow up 2 weeks later to find out they weren't even ordered. That will be my last purchase through them.

Most of the items we wanted to order, we needed right away so Dina made sure they were in stock before we finalized the order so we'd be sure to get it right away. Thank you so much Dina. After my sale was finalized " Micah " the best customer service rep i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, was the one to schedule my delivery. She really went above and beyond to help me. There was a bit of a hiccup with my order and i called Micah, She fixed the issue with minutes. She also sent me an email so i have for confirmation. Any questions i had she would literally respond to ALL my emails within minutes. Best customer service i've ever experience, thanks to Micah. Usually after the sale is finalized, you don't hear from anyone. The sale is done and it's on to the next one. But Micah was there when i had any questions or concerns after the fact and thats truly Great customer service. I'm so glad Dina & Micah were the ones that helped me. Extremely disappointed in the service from the upper management at the brick store in downtown Fort McMurray. Myself and my family bought a house back in may and we purchased all of our furniture at the brick which cost over 10,000$ plus i have made several purchases from the brick since then as well. Our furniture isn't even 6 months old and it was falling apart on us, a rod busted through the back of the couch , causing major ripping and tearing to the cushions and fabric, and the rod is so dangerous that we can't even use the couch do to the hazard. We bought a dining room table and chairs from there and within the first week of having the table it needed to be returned do to a broken frame. the table was not even 6 months old and the top of it peeled so bad that it looks like its 10 years old. The bedroom night stand tables are all bubbled out . We submitted a claim back in early November and pictures were sent to the store manager which who then set up an appointment for an inspector to come and look at our furniture. The inspector came and seen it all and he told us that this furniture under no circumstance should have peeled or bubbled the way it did in just under 6 months. The table was un repairable, along with the bedroom night stands. We purchased the extended warrenty for the furniture but all this has happened in under 6 months. These are all manufacture defects. Myself and my girlfriend went into the store to talk to the store manager to proceeded to tell us there is nothing that he can do to help us out with the issue, and then proceeded to say that the inspector was wrong on what he told us. The manager then said he would let the lady who is the operations manager in-charge of these issues know and she would be in contact within a few days. 2 Weeks went by and we heard nothing back so i decided to go down and see if i could talk to someone about the issue. I received no call back. When i got to the brick i was greeted by another store employee who told me who to go and see about my issue, which was the same lady operations manager that the store manager told me would be in touch. When she came out of her office, i wanted to speak in private about the matter i was having with the furniture and the service. She sat down and brought up the inspection report and photos on the computer and reviewed it. I proceeded to tell her that a good family friend of ours had her table replaced 3 times in a short period due to a similar issue and her response to me was " I don't know who your friend is but we don't replace furniture 3 times". she proceeded to give me 2 options of what i can do, she said that i can keep my broken furniture and they will give me roughly a 250$ in store credit or she can send someone to repair the couch and replace the dining room table along with the night stands in the bedroom since they weren't repairable and then that would complete the extended warranty part for the replaced furniture and would no longer be valid after that is replaced. The furniture is only 6 months old and it fell apart due to manufacture defects. I told her that we have never once had any drinks on our night stand table and she said " well you need to control the humidity in your house". I am an extremely loyal customer to the brick and i don't feel we were being treated fairly at all, we are extremely disappointed with the upper in-store management .

Premium delivery service is a complete joke. Paid for it. They dropped it in the living room and left. My 110 pound wife had to unwrap, position and put together a sectional that was far heavier then her then dispose of the wrappings. She even asked them to help her. She said they looked at each other and walked out. Well...that's two more customers you will never see again. Would be nice if someone answered the phone when I try to call. Not sure what more details you need. I explained what happened. I paid for a service I never received. From the reviews I have read here doesnt seem like anything gets done about it as it is a common complaint.

Great service by the sales team. Extremely knowledgeable. Changed our order multiple times due to our request and they were always able to do so. Change the delivery dates to what worked better for ourselves. The Delivery guys were extremely efficient.

I was told me appliances would arrive on Wednesday call then I was told Saturday call saturday then I was told Tuesday. Spoke with other customer he order 4 mattress and box spring only two of his mattress showed up very unorganized.

Not my first time shopping at this store but my best experience so far. I had such a great shopping experience with my sales person Dillon. If you need any electronics or appliances you need to get help from Dillon!! Very good customer service and extremely knowledgable! When I needed help at the customer service desk, Brittany and Mona were available and willing to assist! Both were able to answer all my questions with ease and happily did so. One of my favorite stores in Fort McMurray, very friendly staff, nice products, clean store, and good prices!

Went in to buy mattress cover which went from $5 each to $10 each but that's not what this review is focusing on. We made our payment and they paged for the covers to be brought to the front. After waiting not too long (maybe 5-10 minutes) a young man brings them out and hands them to us....not folded, not in any sort of packaging at all and expects us to fold them ourselves. The woman behind customer service sees this and tells him he needs to fold them and he replied with muttering that I didn't understand but there is no follow through, he doesn't help fold them nor does she get up and help, and as we are folding the covers we are in front of someone's office door and instead of this mgr (and I assume he was a mgr because he has his own office) helping us, he just squeezes by and goes about his business . I don't normally review poorly but not only was one person who worked here rude, but it was 3 of them consecutively with poor customer service that were rude.

They advertise a freezer for sale I call and I’m told to come down and when you drive there it’s a 6 week delivery. That’s terrible and should not be allowed by the Brick or by the BBB. Bad form!!

Just so it is clear they will say anything to get your sale. Than claim there was miscommunication if what was talked about is not in writing don't trust there word for anything!!!!!! Customer service is nonexistent.They have lost a life long Brick customer because of their shady sales practices. I called talk to a manager already and refused to help. When I said I wanted to return the items that where delivered she said yea no problem but you have to bring them in it is 6 huge boxes that you need a cube van to do so.

I had one heck of a time dealing with some of the staff at the brick. i even spoke with the manager and didn’t get any satisfaction. when i thought all hope was lost, i met Brittany at the back counter. I went to customer service to void my order and she asked my reasoning. I explained to her the trouble i was having regarding my order and it’s lack of stock i’ve been waiting on for which seems like forever...i did tell her in a less than appropriate way..but she didn’t even heed my tone...she didn’t give me any hassle about my frustration or attitude. She told me that it’s possible to reselect and get something that was in stock but i honestly just wanted to get a refund and never come back..she actually convinced me to look into other options but i couldn’t make that decision without speaking to my husband so i walked away to call him. my husband told me to take my money and run but when i went back to the counter, she worked some magic and managed to find the products we were waiting on from another location!!! She scheduled my delivery and was so thorough to make sure all our information was correct, explained the delivery process and their policies regarding deliveries. This was definitely a different experience than i typically had at the brick. Finally, someone who cared! She saved the day for sure and I really appreciate the professionalism she showed despite my frustration. She turned around my opinion on shopping there again...if only i had that service during the entire ordeal...

we had a 70 inch tv delivered today by the Brick in Fort McMurray. THe 2 delivery guys were awesome. They had to carry that huge tv up 4 flights of stairs as our elevator was out of commisson. It was Riley Calci and Nick Kiniak who carried it up and were so good about it and so polite and professional. Thanks again, guys!!!

I bought a new fridge and disposed the old one. The sales was very helpful and recommended a fridge that best fit my needs. Delivery was 1 hour late from the 3 hour window. Other than that, everything was good. Overall, the service and price were much better than another seller in town.
