Excellent customer service. I bought some beauty products. Staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She spent an hour to buy over $200 products. Store is medium size. There are doing expansion. So excited to see the new big store. Store was crowded due to construction work. However it’s neat and clean. Construction notice was displayed in store. There are parking available in front of the store including para parking. Automatic door opener. Highly recommend others to try this.

Booked my second COVID shot with this store and confirmed the time and place with the person on the phone but I get here and they tell me no such appointment exists and since I didn’t get a text message (the lady never asked for my phone number ) I couldn’t get my shot which of they had actually answered their phones when I tried to call earlier on the day to confirm the exact time of the appointment then maybe I wouldn’t have wasted my time. 0/10 unprofessional

After visiting the Shoppers downtown where I received no help. I went to the one in Thickwood. I had a rather embarrassing problem and when i went in I was greeted by Tracy, who listened to my Problem and help me very quickly and she did it discretely.
