Thank you Red Wing Fort McMurray. With the professional assistance of Sally, I found the most supportive boots in decades(TOE KING!). Sally, who was polite, well versed and highly knowledgeable, took the time to tell me the differences between the display models and insoles help me decide what would suit me best. The store is immaculately clean and organized which is a challenge seen in others stores. A welcome experience overall!

Top notch customer service. I was looking online for their boots and just happen to drive by and discover we had a RW store the next day! Called and she immediately checked style/size availability and left them out because I mentioned I was going stop by. The knowledgeable girl was right beside me though an hour of indecisiveness and happily got me into the right boot. If your looking for boots be sure to make this your first stop!

The ladies here took ownership of a problem (from another rw store) I had with a TuffToe application that was not hardening.. they fixed the problem, and sent me on my way.. this store is great!

Poor treatment. No quality in products. When I asked for repair or replacement on my boots that were less than two months old they refuse to take notice of or acknowledge the issue until boots were nine months old with hole through toe completely, then stated "it was normal wear and tear" by manager/supervisor on duty. Because of this store I never will even walk into another red wings again

Best customer service in town. Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Cleaned, oiled, and conditioned my boots for free. Thought I had them ruined by spraying them with Scotchgard... BUT they brought my boots back to life. Thanks for everything!

This company was highly recomended by coworkers and family that I thought it was a no brainer to walk in and speak to someone about womens steeltoe boots. The woman working seemed like she couldn't care less about what I was looking for and was quite curt with me. However, I do not fault her on the facts - the only womes boots available are 2 styles that are both brown and start at size women's 8. This company also, aparently, does not make anything smaller then a men's 8/9. Women will have to shop at Work authority.

The owners, Wayne and Rachelle were also there and they teamed up to make our boot buying experience like nothing I’ve ever seen when buying any boots/shoes. I was a first time buyer of Red Wing boots.. I went to the store not having any idea what boots to buy, each boot was explained to me, got sized, and tried on and purchased a pair in less than 20 minutes... the boots are top quality and are very comfortable
