Worst service ever I rather talk to a robot

The koodo online customer service experience is the worst I've ever experienced. I wish I could give no stars. I wanted to exchange my phone 2 days after receiving it and have now been waiting over 80 days for the issue to be resolved. The responses misspell my name, take 10 to 14 days, are only by email - not phone call to resolve. They refuse to call. They are written in horrible english that is hard to read. They offer no compensation. The response forget to ask pertinent questions or give full information and then 14 days later they'll add something like "can you confirm your address" as if it's YOUR fault?!? They have my address, given I have an account with them.. right? apparently not. Meanwhile they are charging full monthly charges and their system is so inept that if I scratch this phone while waiting I will not be able to do the exchange. They won't send you a new phone without getting a mailer (I'm still waiting 80 days later to get this!) sent to you and then back to them.. then you are expected to without a phone for 10 to ??? days and their customer service value-add is "well don't you have a friend who's phone you can borrow during this process".. really? that's customer service?

Awesome Sales Reps who attempt to solve any issues. Always willing to explain and advise. They will set up a " call back" if needing to talk to Customer Service. At times a fast pace environment and they still make the experience personal!
