I'm glad to be giving the first review for Ruffin's, the prices are very afordable for top notch food that is locally sourced and produced. Not to mention the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Oh and unlike every other store it's buy 10 get 1 free apposed to 12.

Disappointed that they don't enforce the face mask order. Wish they cared about the safety of the Fort Erie residents enough to enforce. Too bad. Friendly but not safe for Covid 19 shopping. Thank you for the reply but now your story has changed. When I visited and asked why the customer without a mask was not asked to wear a mask, I was told "I am not the Region of Niagara. I am not a bylaw officer. They can enforce. That is not my job". Now you say something else. You could have said they were exempt but your answer was it wasn't your job. Well like I said, above, this does not make you a safe place to shop. Good luck. Maybe it is everyone's job? This includes me. This is why you are getting this review.

This Ruffin's store is really cute and has live animals. There were kittens available when we went as well as bunnies and guinea pigs. The staff are cheery, knowledgeable, and courteous. They were able to point us in the right direction to find what we needed and were able to offer suggestions on other items our pets (cats and dog) might enjoy.

Good local fort Erie pet store, bought fish for my tank, they have a decent variety. I will more than likely support the business and purchase all of my pet supplies their.

The ladies at Ruffins in Fort Erie are amazing. We had our fur baby groomed here last weekend and not only was the grooming one of the best but when we arrived to pick him up, the ladies were on the floor playing with him ????...thanks so much for making his grooming experience so enjoyable... we would highly recommend this place for grooming and all your pet needs. The ladies here obviously care about the pets they cater to ???????????????????? Thank you again...we will be back for sure

They let people without masks in. Said it wasn't up to them to police the public. It is though. Got really close to reporting them. Do not go there unless you want to get coronavirus.

Absolutely love this store. Very clean, have great selection of nutrious food. My cats didn't like the dry food I was buying them. When Ruffin's opened, I asked what is good and popular. They suggested their brand of dry cat food. Made in Ontario, all natural. Well let me tell u, my cat's Absolutely LOVE ????❤ this food. All 4 of them, 2 being very picky. Thank you!!!!!

Favorite pet store in Fort Erie, hands down! They are reliable as they answer their phone promptly and always have what my dog needs!
