Literally some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced online. The company misrepresented their product photographically, and then advised me to dye the item in order to transform it to the color I thought I was getting. Once I followed their instructions -- thus basically destroying the item -- they refused to refund my money. When I told them I'd report them to the site on which they were selling, they tried to intimidate me by threatening to report *me.* Ultimately, the site refunded my money -- so it worked out. But no thanks to these clowns.

They have everything u cant find in person at party city etc.. Order online only not a walk in place but stock is so well worth it. Wont find typical costumes either so if u want something different this is your place

I want to give 0 stars!!! Received the item ordered however it was not what was pictured, only 1/2 the item worked and when we went to put batteries in it the batteries that were in there were corroded (acid all over). The part of the light saber that did work sounded like it was broken inside already rattled alot and did not light up all the way.I think they sent me a used item and when trying to call all I get is a voice that says "mailbox is full"? Sent 2 emails which I got No reply!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are frauds!!!

I had a surprise 90's "Ninja Turtles" Birthday Party for this Sat. I ordered my Costume with no notice. However, when I paid for the shipping. And email BlockBuster Costumes and advised them of the importance of having this. They immediately wrote back. And that same day they, shipped out the Costumer for my 7 years old Daughter & I. Today is Friday & my event is tomorrow. I received our Shipment on time & we're ready for our party tomorrow. The Prices & Quality of Costumes. We're Heaven set/Being a single Mother. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. If your item is not received, they will do nothing to help you other than encourage you to order it again and pay for it twice. I never got the sweater I ordered on December 14, assuming it would take 2-3 weeks due to holiday shipping. After 4 weeks I checked and it was supposedly delivered but I never received it. Since it had been “too long” (4 weeks) they refused to process a refund or replacement.
