Had a oil change,when the new oil was put in they spilled oil on the engine cover and it was not cleaned up, air filter was checked, but air breather cover was not replaced properly, these are not terrible things but I should not have to go behind them clean up and make sure everything is completed properly. Other than this, they were very good to deal with

I was passing through Flin Flon on my way to the lake when I heard an alarming noise coming from what seemed like my trucks front end. I was able to pull into Twin Motors. Now this was a Friday, late in the day and getting close to quitting time. They immediately took my truck for a drive and assessed that a wheel bearing had failed. The mechanics on shift agreed to work late on it if the parts were available and do the repairs. They had the part, two mechanics went at it and they had us out of there in record time! Amazing service!! I can't say enough as to how well we were treated.

I can not put into words how amazing every department at the Flin Flon twin motors is. From Trevor in sales, Katie in service, Bailey from warranty, Jane in financing, the amazing customer service ladies at the front desk and of Dave the store manager. The guys in the back are always quick to find any issue if there is one and have it repaired quickly. I love my Jeep so very much and the staff at Twin has gone over and beyond to make sure i was happy with every single detail. I will forever be grateful and a return shopper.

I drive an older HHR and fried my circuits because I clearly can't tell the positive ans negative on a battery. I called and spoke to Katey, who was amazing...not only were they able to pick up my car from work, but they had it fixed within the afternoon and dropped my car off. Talk about service with a smile. My second trip was to replace the entire wiper transmission, which was no easy task considering the pandemic ans shortage of parts. They gave me the quote, let me know when the parts were in and picked me up in the morning so I could grab my car and get to work on time. Again, the service was excellent, price was reasonable and met Dave who helps run the entire place like a well oiled machine. Highly recommend the workmanship and customer service...if only it was this easy at every mechanic. I know now where I will purchase my next car when this ole banger gives up the ghost. Thanks everyone :)

I had a failure of my truck that was previously repaired at a Winnipeg Chrysler Doge Ram dealership on my visit to Flin Flon. The members of Twin Motors were able to have my vehicle repaired with as little impact to my visit as possible. Twin motors were able to have my vehicle repaired as the work prior was under warranty. They were very courteous and accommodating. They displayed what I know the people of Flin Flon to be. So far my truck stayed together for its trip back to Winnipeg. I recommend Twin Motors.

always great to visit this Twin Motors location. The front reception was very polite and attentive. There is available refreshments in the wait area. The showroom was cozy and the overall feel of the dealership is great. The services were quick and cost friendly. I highly recommend that you bring your vehicles here (dodge or not) for services or to trade!

This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had with a shop. I expected a phone call to give me updates and had to call them 3 times before I received some information. The quote was astronomical. I asked specifically for my brakes to be looked at and the quote included other items that had nothing to do with brakes . . . Wiper blades etc. The check should have taken approximately 2 hours and it was 8 hours before I even had any answers. Feeling taken advantage of. Taking my business elsewhere.
