We originally had order our mascot 2 years ago. It has been a hit at all of our campuses, and in our communities events! Because of the great customer service, the ability for their team to design concepts of exactly what you want...it was a very easy decision for us to move forward with adding 3 more mascots like our original mascot! This now allows us to have our mascot take part in multiple events the same day at our campuses, or in our communities. Our students and staff are extremely happy to have the mascot, especially knowing we have 4, which allows us to have them, when we need them. I Highly recommend anyone to contact Maydwell and contract them for their mascot needs!

Disappointing Service, The product was developed well but I had to be way more hands on in the process than I thought. The biggest disappointment was the hidden fee. We got a charge from Fedex for over $300 dollars for a part of the shipment. They did not include this information in the quote when I was very explicit about how much it was going to cost and that we needed to save money. We are a start up and this sucked. This is not right and the info in one small line on the invoice on the bottom and act like they don’t know anything about it when we called. He did not inform me of this when I spoke to him on the phone or in email. Which means hidden fees! Of course it’s our problem now but this is wrong and I would advise you to be careful if you hire this company.

Unbeatable value and quality! Maydwell Mascots did an incredible job bringing my mascot to life! I couldn't be happier with the experience overall. The team at Maydwell Mascots was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and they went out of their way to keep me updated with great communication and progress photos throughout the production process. Then, I was blown away by the attention to detail when I received my mascot in person. The quality and execution is exactly what I was hoping for. Every component of the mascot was well thought out and looks finished off - down to every single stitch. I would definitely recommend Maydwell Mascots and I look forward to working with them again in the future!
